We hear you and understand how frustrating that is 😕 Your order was automatically canceled by our fraud protection system. This is in place to protect both our customers and our business. In most cases, this happens when a billing detail (like the address or ZIP/postcode) doesn’t exactly match the information registered with the card or payment account.
No funds were actually captured by us. The transaction was simply placed on hold by your bank/payment provider. They typically release the funds within 24 hours to 7 business days, but we recommend contacting them directly for the most accurate timeline.
