Very simple and easy buying experience

Sample ordered Thursday evening before Easter bank holiday and received following Thursday with full order status and tracking supplied throughout

Everything from initial contact to placing order and receiving my composite decking order was perfect and timely.

They worked with me to schedule a convenient delivery date, and the items arrived well-packed and protected. Great communication from the company throughout!

They charge me for next day uk mainland delivery but will come after 3 days ?!?! Jokers!

Great company to deal with, quick delivery with no problems. Very good prices.

Many thanks for your very prompt reply to my review yesterday regarding my experience with your company sending my sample order which has been prompt and very professional on both occasions and I fully understand that there is nothing you can do in relation to EVRI'S poor delivery. Hopefully with my chasing and yours too my sample order will arrive soon. I emphasise again I have no problem at all with your prompt and helpful dealings in relation to my order

On time and was kept update with order progress.

Quick answering on the phone and easy ordering and paying online. The pallet was despatched the same day, no dramas, all very good.

Best price on the market, good communication and delivery

I found the website for Wood Flooring Kent had all the information I needed but I had a query regarding the delivery. My telephone call was answered straight away and John was very helpful. The order was followed up with emails regarding the delivery as soon as the order was placed and the laminate flooring arrived on the day specified. I received a call from the courier when he was half an hour away from the property and the delivery driver was polite and very helpful. Laminate arrived in good condition, haven't laid the floor yet but have bought laminate from the manufacturers Liberty floors before so I know the quality is good. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent experience with wood flooring Kent!
Very helpful with their collection locations and super friendly service, many thanks

Very informative. Answered all questions asked . Kept upto date with delivery information

Jon was great and very helpful, answering stock questions via the Facebook page and further personally emailing me to let me know one sample I’d ordered wasn’t in stock but the rest would be sent out with the other being sent promptly after, which it was. The flooring purchase was quick and easy, and of great quality. Would buy here again.

I ordered some samples and received them within 2 days. Brilliant. I’m still deciding on what to have!!!

Absolutely brilliant from start to the end! Massive choice of flooring with an option to have samples. Jon who we were speaking to is a great man! Very professional, good stock, great prices, quick delivery.
The whole experience was easy and smooth.
Thank you 😊

Exceptional service. Very helpful where samples were sent and discussed what would be suitable. There was a period where I couldn't decide what would work or look right and Jonathan helped me decide by sending more samples which I offered to pay for but he didn't accept payment which was very generous. A fantastic helpful service and very good quality products. I found another supplier with a similar product but double the price. The prices of these products are very competitive.

Supplied me with broken flooring completely unable to be used.

UPDATE: You choose not to believe me when I trusted your product and service. Absolutely zero offered in return. Horrendous.

UPDATE 2: I guess Alex from July last year must be lying too (exact same issue as me). :)

In January 2023 I had a difficult time with cowboy builders who claimed to be able to fit a compact worktop but did not understand how to cut or secure the material. John, and his lovely parents who were helping out at the time, took the time to walk me through the process, advise on how the worktop should be handled and alert me to any factors that could damage the workshop prior to installation. They also rang me back a number of times, especially after the builders had misplaced accessories, and sent me out replacement materials.

In October I contacted John regarding advice about my timber floors (I have a 1930s property). He gave me sound, measured advice and also told me how to identify any future problems.

Wood Flooring Kent offers excellent personal service.
John will call you back, provide clear advice about their products and ensure that you know what you need to know to complete your job.
