A great product: very good quality. Easy ordering. Friendly staff arranged delivery. Helpful delivery driver.

Good range of wood flooring. I was hunting a pack of discontinued laminate flooring to complete a room to match rest of the property. Ordering was easy. Excellent communication. Regular updates on delivery. Delivery was within a couple of days and timed. Was only ordering small amount so found delivery charge expensive but that was just unfortunate for me. Highly recommend.

Late delivery.
The company called me to let me know when they are going to do the delivery. The delivery was agreed for 22nd July, I have therefore informed my client that I’m going to install the minerva worktop on 23rd July only to find out that the minerva is going to be delivered on 24th July hence late delivery.
I had to explain again to my client that the who are going to deliver the worktop let me down. It was very embarrassing for me to explain why the work top is not delivered yet.
I will never use this company services again.
Ok, I would like to listen to the telephone conversation on that day. Can you provide that?

Quick response when I enquired about product, and once ordered communication regarding delivery was great.

We had a order delivered and two of the fascias were damaged, I just sent them a picture and they are sending me replacements. It was so easy and they were very helpful.

Excellent service

Robert from KWF was extremely helpful and kept me informed of my orders progress. Delivered on time and dropped at doorstep by helpful delivery driver. Slight damage to pallet but, nothing too serious. Some planks had minor damage but to be expected on a large order. I would use them again.

Very good Company, fast and professional delivery without problems. The bathroom wall panels I ordered were at a great price. Very good quality of wall panels. I recommend the Company.

Jon and the team were great from the start. another Floors company let us down, Jon sorted everything and kept in contact around the delivery, some great advice too. I would highly recommend using them.

Great choice of products and quick delivery however when ordering from ‘wood flooring Kent’ and charge you £50 delivery and they end up coming from International Decorative Services 5 mins round the corner from your house where I would’ve personally collected them from if given the option then I would’ve done that as delivery was nearly 1/3 of the order

I have ordered the laminate flooring for the entire house and it was meant to be delivered on a Thursday as I received an email confirmation from the company, so I made sure that we would be at home to collect the delivery as it was curbside and our house has some stairs down to get in the property.
Unfortunately, we have been waiting for the entire morning but no message with a delivery slot was received from the delivery company.
After noon, I called Wood Flooring Kent and John answered my call pretty quickly. When I explained to him what happened he immediately called the delivery company to find out what was happening and called back straight away to update me. Unfortunately, the delivery company did not take my order out for delivery on the day.
Then John tried to book the delivery for next day with a driver that would help bring down the packages into our property since my husband had to go to work, but unfortunately the delivery company didn't offer that service.
After that, John called me again and asked me what day would be more convenient for us to collect the order and Saturday morning slot was booked.
The delivery arrived on time on Saturday.
The floors are amazing and of great quality and when we checked, the was no faulty product in the whole 65 packages!
So, apart from the delivery company which cost my husband a day's pay, customer service and products are great!
Only reason for the 4 stars is due to the delivery company, but I would definitely recommend Wood Flooring Kent to a friend.
It is very important if you are paying a considerable amount of money to be able to speak to someone and have things sorted out, without needing to wait on the line for ages!

Wanted to update to say that since my review the company has been in touch and have done what they could to put things right. Therefore, I've changed my rating as they've been very helpful.

Firstly the good points...the ordering process was easy. We ordered shower panels and the website gave us a list of everything we'd need to fit them which was great. The delivery time was quick and the prices reasonable.

Now the bad points (and reasons for the 3 stars) ...every panel, end cap and corner piece were damaged. Not just a little bit of damage but a lot. I did contact the company and they offered to send new ones but by this time we'd already started to work around the damaged parts by cutting them a lot more to fit. That doesn't excuse the fact they were damaged though. The delivery is also £60 which I thought was shocking. Sadly I'm going to have to get another end piece due to one being split but can't match it anywhere and refuse to pay another £60 for delivery of a £10 item. I have many photos of the damage but cant seem to post here.
