Scammers, food not delivered for 1,5 hour instead of promised 20 minutes. It took me 10 minutes to drive and get food myself. After cancelling order and 3 hours later program is still promising delivery in 20 minutes... I would like to give 0 stars.

Stay away from these scammers!!!

Missing order delivered and said all was there and it your fault you didn't check it!!!!

Horrible.
The fish (fillet) was full of bones and I injured my gum, and the Caesar salad was a complete joke (just a collection of random ingredients and leftovers from the fridge; CUCUMBERS?! No croutons!).

The restaurant refused to accept the evidence provided and refused any compensation. Wolt support just supported the restaurant, also did nothing and did not offer anything, although I have been a loyal user for years.

Such disrespect and such disappointment. Use Bolt Food instead, they treat their customers better that that.

Very bad service these days in Vilnius. Absolutely no consideration for the food quality, often cold, pizzas smashed, drinks spilled. Sometimes they don't even deliver, already happened 2 times. Just come, wait a bit around the apartment building and leave.

Courier service is terrible... Consumer support not responsive and arrogant

I paid for priority service but courier was driving to other place to leave order first this way I received food only in 40minutes and cold. Support didnt refunded full amount so support poor also.

A Wolt coupon issued in Germany didn't work on my Lithuanian account. Wolt scammed me and misled me about the 25 euro discount. Lithuanian support was so rude and unpleasant that I had to write to the CEO. However, my issue was never resolved, and therefore I recommend everyone stay away from this company. If any issues arise, such as discrimination based on the country of account registration, immediately file a complaint with the local regulatory authorities.

Rude answering on the email i sent regarding a restaurant opening, just pathetic

I delivered cash order to a customer, but he didn't pay. So wolt support took away 30 eur from me. Food cannot be returned back. Absolutely awful that company defending scamming customer and not holding him liable.

Mcdonals partneriai wolt negerbia užsakovų prašymų. Užsakinėjau maistą po ilgaus valaro migdant vaikus, prašiau kurjerio palikti prie durų ir neskambinti. Kurjeris paskambino į duris, paliko užsakymą ir išvarė saukdamas sorry, support atsisako kompensuoti už tokį sutrikdymą

Do not use this app!!! They are doing fraud!!! They are charging my card every month even tho I don’t use their services!!!! And they don’t want to give my money back!

I was a regular Wolt user and I thought that it was standing out in customer support. However, today I have ordered food and not only my food was dropped in front of me on the street (not on purpose), but also the courrier refused to clean the mess he made. I contacted customer support and asked for a compensation and in return I got an impolite reply. I want to believe this was just a bad customer support agent, however I will stop using the service until I receive a compensation for cleaning after what supposed to be a service.

Very terrible service! They receive my order at 12 but take it for me at 13-10. It is terrible! "Thank you" for only one hour!

Everything's great. There is could be some small dealy.

Delivery time was changed ten times, got totally cold pizza. The order was picked up from the place 30 minutes before delivery ( between restaurant and my place is 4 minutes drive). Then courier went to deliver 2 other orders, before coming to my place.When asked via support, i was told the algorithm assigns deliveries to courier. It was very bad experience and total nonsense. One good thing that I should receive my money back ( we will see) !

I was being cheated by wolt coz they gave me wrong information about delivery. They charged me money for delivery and provided wrong information. Their delivery guy called me from no where and said I am near to your address but I don’t know where he was. Wilt charged me for the food and for their service charges for not giving me anything. So guys be aware before ordering on such apps. I don’t know how to attach my communication with the wolt representative but his communication was against hospitality and rude.

Having ordered from Wolt Lithuania well over 700 times I can say that overall the service is poor and still needs work. I only have stuck with them so far because I’ve not found a competitor yet (update: Bolt Food is also available here). Usually customer service will quickly respond and fix the issue but I shouldn’t have to constantly waste my time dealing with their problems, which occur frequently. Admittedly, a few of the issues were my own fault but those were a small minority and anyways it isn’t the customer’s responsibity to ensure everything always operates smoothly. There are various improvements I could suggest as a tech entrepreneur but not for free, I’ve told them more than enough already.
