I used this app for the first time and it was a shame, I contacted customer service twice...instead of 45 min I waited 2 hr for a pizza! Never again plus no apology, voucher nor my money back as Glovo does when your order arrives in 2 hours! I hope it will get bankrupt and out of the market

Am comandat 16 pizza prin Wolt pentru ziua mea, iar livrarea a fost șocantă. Curierul a transportat cutiile între picioare, pe un moped, iar cutiile erau căscate, cu pizza la vedere. Sosurile au fost scoase din buzunarele din față ale pantalonilor. Comanda a ajuns rece și într-o stare necorespunzătoare, stricându-mi ziua de naștere. O experiență complet inacceptabilă.

No delivery and no communication. Wolt at this point is a lottery with your own money. Be warned !

This is the worst app and service I’ve experienced. I’ve ordered twice from nearby restaurants, and both times it took over an hour and a half for the food to arrive. The restaurant prepared the food quickly, but the delivery took far too long. Instead of bringing my order directly to my home — which was the closest location — the driver made other deliveries first. As a result, my food was taken all over town, arrived cold, and was no longer enjoyable to eat. Very disappointing experience

I am so sorry, but yesterday I made an order by Wolt and I didn't receive my food. I paid for nothing. I tried to phone them but they don't speak English. I am French and it is not easy because I don't speak Romanian. So my Romanian Friend explained them to bring me the food to my address and they said into 10 minutes. One day later I paid for nothing. They didn't call me and they didn't do nothing to refund my money, not professional and commercial. If you are a foreigner, be careful. They are not professional and they don't care of anything! So sorry....

I had a very disappointing experience with Wolt.

I placed an order in Austria, and I waited outside after the delivery deadline for more than 30 minutes. Additionally, the pizza arrived uncut. As compensation, Wolt provided me with a €12 credit for my next order.

After returning to Romania, I tried to use this credit, but it could not be applied at checkout. When I contacted customer support(Daria S.), I was informed that the credit can only be used in Austria.

This limitation was never mentioned when the compensation was issued. I find this to be a lack of transparency and very frustrating, especially after the initial delivery issues.

I expected better communication and customer care from an international platform like Wolt.

Experiența mea cu Wolt a fost o mostră perfectă de nepăsare și neprofesionalism. Am plătit o comandă pe care nu am primit-o, iar răspunsul lor a fost practic: „Ghinion. Banii sunt ai noștri, situația e închisă.” Zero investigație reală, zero asumare, zero respect pentru client.

Agentul de suport a repetat aceleași texte mecanice, fără să asculte nimic din ce spuneam, fără empatie și fără dorința de a rezolva problema. Când am cerut un superior – lucru absolut normal în orice companie serioasă – mi s-a spus că „nu se poate”. Cu alte cuvinte: nu există responsabilitate, nu există escaladare, nu există transparență.

E incredibil că o companie care trăiește din servicii nu înțelege că a lăsa un client fără produs și fără bani este o rușine. Pentru 50 de lei au pierdut un client permanent. Asta arată clar cât de puțin le pasă.

Dacă tot ce cauți este un serviciu unde, atunci când apare o problemă, ești lăsat să te descurci singur, fără soluții și fără sprijin, atunci Wolt este alegerea perfectă. Dacă vrei respect și profesionalism, caută în altă parte.

Inadmisibil sa-mi anulati comanda dupa 1h de asteptare, sa dati vina pe partener si sa incercati sa ma cumparati cu 20 de lei. Sunteti mincinosi si nu aveti macar curajul de a spune adevarul din cauza caruia mi-ati anulat comanda. Fiti corecti si spuneti ca nu puteti onora comanda in 5 sau 10min. Ma uita ca prostul la comanda ca mai sunt 30, 20, 10min dupa care order canceled. Sunteti niste mincinosi.

For almost every groceries order I have to reach out to customer support via the chat. Mostly complaints about missing products, replaced without confirmation from myself or poor quality products (especially for fresh fruits and vegetables). Apparently the supermarkets use the online orders to sell fruits and vegetables which wouldn't be picked up by direct store customers. In this respect, after many such experiences, I consider the platform to be failing in their quality procedures with the suppliers registered. Secondly, the customer service is very weird. Highly likely it is a chatbot, because the discussion is either simple and predictable, or cumbersome the second I ask an unusual question. Either way, discussions are extremely time consuming. The last time I was engaged in conversation to customer services around about 5 items left out and rotten oranges delivered, we were online for one hour. Time which was waste mostly in me waiting for responses to a couple of extra questions. For example, I had to ask 4 times what is the review procedure.

Delivery was never made but still got charged for the order. Absolute scammers!!!

Cea mai deplorabila platforma. Pentru ca n am avut semnal la telefon, mi au luat si banii si mancarea, nici macar n au sunat la usa, eu fiind de cealalta parte a usii si asteptand timp de doua ore.
Culmea tupeului, la un moment dat, a aparut un mesaj cum ca comanda mea a fost livrata. Le am spus ca ma duc singur la restaurant sa o ridic si mi au raspuns ca nu mai este, de unde deduc ca a mancat o curierul. Probabil e trecut in fisa postului, la angajare, daca clientul nu are semnal la telefon, mancati comanda, altfel nu mi explic unde a disparut.

Pay for the subscription to still get charged service fees...
Give them money to be able to give them more money.
If the so called "service" would at least be any good I guess it would not be that bad, but that also sucks.
Was so outraged I created this account for this review specifically.

Cei mai nesimțiți curieri. Trec ușor la amenințări și te pândesc pe la ușă. Ar trebui să fiți mai atenți pe cine angajați. Nu mai comand în veci prin serviciul vostru după așa experiență.

4 out of 5 orders were wrong, too late or with missing items. Customer support is a disaster.

Worst service ever. Cancelled my order when I was home because I didn't immediately reply to the courrier.

Customer service has an attitude that will make you lose your temper immediately. So arrogant and rude.
Especially a girl named "Andra" was insufferable.

Run.

Always late - food arrived after HOURS. This isn't the first time it's happened. Extremely disappointing experience. If they can't deliver on time, they should be more transparent about delivery estimates or simply not accept the order...

Worst service ever, asking for a price in app, and then charging more then double my bank. How is this possible

Worst food service ever!!!!!! You pay for the food and the order is never delivered. The customer support is no where to be found, nobody is answering either by chat or email. Don’t use the app if you don’t want headaches!!!!

Am plasat o comanda pe 26 nu mi a venit in ziua respectiva nu mi a raspuns nimeni pe chat in 2 zile 🤬🤬
