Really impressed with the customer service and how quickly they sorted out my return and replacement . Nancy was so helpful . Highly recommend

3rd time I’ve ordered and 3rd time no contact following order to explain some kind of “error”. Most recent being order on the 2nd December when I received a notification for an item being back IN stock, not preorder still waiting to receive shipment.
Contacted 2 weeks later to ask why there was no update on the order (Christmas present). Told next 4-6 business days I’d receive it taking me up to Christmas so thought I’d leave it.
Fast forward to today 4th January still waiting, I did contact them again “unexpected delays” and using courier strikes doesn’t make up for advertising the item as in stock on your website, they are only expecting the order THIS week to THEIR inventory. So why send emails out saying in stock in December, with delivery within 2 days on the item on their website.

Last time I will use these guys and just talked my mother in law out of buying metcons from WIT and order them direct from Nike, her order is dispatched already FYI

Horrible company. Running after them for my refund from 19th. Since the package arrived to their warehouse, they failed to reply to any of my emails. Had to dispute a report through PayPal and they not even responding to them neither. They just take your money don’t care about anything else, rubbish

The sizing on shoes was wrong so I returned them and ordered a new pair in bigger size. The return was received by WIT on 7th Dec, no refund has been issued yet. I think that’s really poor customer service. I can’t find how to get in touch with them.

They certainly don't like to give you your money back. My return was delivered on the 27th of November. It's been nearly a month and no emails, no refund. Customer service don't reply either.

Scandaleux, pas de sens du commerce. Pas de suivi, pas de solution, annulation de commande.

1 mois d’attente pour rien et pas de cadeau de noel.

Commande passe le 1er Décembre, pas de suivi, obligé d’envoyer un mail pour avoir un retour, plusieurs jours après on reçoit un lien de tracking.
Le colis ne bouge pas, plusieurs relance par mail avec des réponses très lentes et sans solutions. Jusqu’au 21 Décembre ou WIT FITNESS décide seul d’annuler la commande et procéder au remboursement.
Au lieu de nous proposer un autre envoi ou autre.

Vraiment aucun sens commercial. Et surtout une honte de devoir toujours relancer et attendre 22 jours !

After reading the last few reviews on here after ordering 🫣 I was really worried but I received my parcel on time and would certainly use again

I placed an order on 25th of November and still have not received my order.

What’s more - I was charged incorrectly as the discount code I used was still loading, when I received an order confirmation email.

I took screenshots of the error, showing the page still loading, and sent to customer service. To date I’ve had no response and what’s more, the items I ordered still have not been received and tracking number still has not updated. This is despite receiving an email stating that order is on its way.

I made two orders in September 2022, I kept some items from one order, the rest went back. I am yet to receive the refund(s) from both orders. It’s no surprise that at the moment, the returns section on the WIT website reads “the page you were looking for doesn’t exist”

The return status emails I have from ReBound read “Please allow up to 25 working days for your refund to be processed in line with the WIT Fitness return policy.” It is well past the 25 working days for both refunds. Even an email to say “Apologies for the delay, we have acknowledged that this is taking longer than our policy states” would’ve put my mind at ease. It is inexcusable and unacceptable how long the refunds take from WIT (there are other reviews for the same issue) and I won’t be shopping with them again simply because I cannot trust them with my money, the products themselves are fine.

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 19th and paid for express 48hour delivery. The funds have been taken and order confirmation sent on the 19th and have still not recieved the trainers. During this period I have sent 5 emails and Instagram messages and no one has contacted me or updated me on my order extremely poor customer service. Would not buy again from WIT.

Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Ordered a birthday present for my daughter on Friday 18th November, I paid for express 48 hr delivery.
Today is the 24th and I still haven’t received my parcel of Metcon8 trainers.
I contacted wit fitness who says if I didn’t get the package by Tuesday 22nd they would refund the postage I paid for.
It still didn’t arrive and a refund for the postage was issued. My daughters birthday has been and gone and still no parcel, I’ve contacted Wit fitness this morning asking for a full refund.
I’m utterly disappointed with such a dreadful service, Absolutely shocking company avoid at all costs.

Well well well... All those TYR weightlifter shoes went offline. First message i got (long before november) was it was expected to be shipped first week or second week ind november. This week i thought i would look at their page again and saw, expected shipping mid november. Today 20 november, i see them taking all TYR shoes down.

I have tried to get in touch by email, but no one have answerd me for a week. I wrote them today again, after this. Come on guys. This is just insanely bad service. At least write something, that you couldnt get enough shoes or the deal with TYR went side ways, be honest!

Im in Denmark and we have law that says, the costumer first pays for the item when he gets it. I know it's different in England, but this smells like you have money problems.

I have bought from this company a few times over the years but I find it gravely concerning on recent orders.
I ordered the limited TYR lifters at the beginning of the month and got an order reference and on the main site it said it will be dispatched mid November.

Recently went to check again on the shoes especially with this site wide 25% off all footwear. My lifters were no longer found on the website at all, googled it and again met with an error 404. My order says unfulfilled and I received no notification that this item is something they are not offering at all or advising if there is a refund. I can't even cancel the order in the portal

I contacted them, no response, went to store and they advised to raise online; and even worse when I went to try to refund this order, the website says this is not a valid order. This is concerning to a customer because now I have no idea where my money is and given the customer services, I'm tempted to buy from TYR directly.

My advice to the company, communicate with your customer on your exclusive drops to maintain trust. This now seems like a scam and it is apparent the recent changes in WIT; something is well off...

Disappointed

I ordered the new Nike Metcon 8 trainers. I did not receive them 7 days later so contacted WIT. They replied within a day to say they would look into it but then received no replies afterwards. 10 days later I still don’t have my order. Won’t be using them again. Such a shame as I was wanting to order new clothing too.

Ordered a pair of metcon 7s on Friday and paid extra for next day, item has not arrived today Saturday 3rd Sep. I have used wit many times and on almost all my orderes I have used next day delivery and it's always arrived ND, normally with Royal Mail, I see now it's Evri 🤦🏼‍♀️😔 (Hermes) no option for Royal Mail. I'm hoping my order arrives soon so I can update this review but I will be thinking again about ordering from wit if they continue to only offer Evri as courier.

No next day delivery, although paid extra for it. Unable to contact an actual person. No reply to emails apart from automated responses. Might be better to order direct from the brand websites.

be careful - orderd a t-shirt over a week and still not aririved, you cannot contact them by phone as there is no number, takes ages for them to reply on email, advising me to wait still - still no item and no refund

I received my Velites hand grips today and was very excited to try them. However, having tried a friends on mine looked too small. So I contacted Customer Services and asked if this was 'normal' or if I had been sent the wrong size. I received a response in minutes from Jon Beaumont, who was extremally helpful. As I had bought a different model to my friend, Jon suggested the sizing may be different, however he said I could send them back and re-order a bigger size, if I felt they were not comfortable. He was extremally helpful and the response was immediate....Amazing thank you Jon
