I wouldn’t even want to award 1star. Popular gym apparel however they are not set up like other retailers. Completed online returns, as with most online orders sometimes you pick multiple sizes to try. I have returns the items within days of arrival for a refund and 6 weeks later still owed £95. They state returns will take up to 25 working days which alone in this industry is terrible however they have even gone beyond that. Will never be using their website ever again.

Jon was a huge help and responded really quickly. My metcons were faulty and coming away at the heel causing discomfort when worn. Bought them in December but still had a quick reply, options for refund or exchange and made it super easy to go through the process. Great customer service.

There was a problem with a pair of metcons I ordered from WIT, within 24 hours the problem had been looked at, resolved and a new pair on the way, brilliant customer service!

I ordered a pair of sneakers to resell abroad. They sent them inside a plastic bag rather than in box so the shoe box got completely ruined.
I contacted customer support asking for a considerable discount so that I could still sell them and a gentleman named Jon Beaumont refunded me only $7.80 because he says the shoe box is only there to protect the sneakers. So he seems to not care that I will not be able to sell this. Now I will have to dispute this through my credit card.

Put in an order with an incorrect email address - contacted customer service team - Jon was so helpful and quickly helped me to resolve the issue. Always a happy customer Thank you.

Had some issues with Royal Mail not being able to find my address - reached out to WIT's customer service who where very quick to reply, super friendly and helped resolve the situation. Thank you to Jon on their team.

Refund rip off

Beware as it will take over 2 weeks for them to recognise your return and then another 25 days to get your money back! 😡

I’d rather buy else where just in case.

I do like most of the products but when you do have to return it’s 5 weeks to receive a refund which is way longer than most online stores. Completely puts me off purchasing again

Quick replies, speak with an actual human who knows the product and stock well. Faultless customer service which is why I always shop WIT for my CrossFit supplies

Ottima esperienza. Negozio molto fornito di ottimi e bellissimi prodotti. Ho ordinato dall'Italia un tank top della NoBull come regalo di compleanno per la mia ragazza ed è arrivato nei tempi da loro indicati. Il pacco era tracciato. L'unica cosa che mi ha fatto storcere un pò il naso (però non so se dipende da loro sinceramente) è che ho dovuto pagare 21€ di dogana essendo loro in Inghilterra e quindi fuori dall'UE. Detto questo non mi sento di dare meno di 5 stelle perché comunque mi sono trovato benissimo. Lo consiglio.

They let u pay 6.99 for next day delivery but my items still haven’t arrived 72 hours later. Emailed them but no reply regarding this. The other item I purchased ended up not being in stock (even though it was when I paid for it) & 72 hours later they email saying either ask for a refund or pick another item that is the same amount. I’m just writing this review because my experience with this company has been horrible. I guess it’s an option for NOBULL products at a slightly cheaper price but it’s not worth the hassle. Go direct to NOBULL. Awful experience

Purchased Romaleos Online as a gift for a weight training event - with next day delivery - 5 days later still no delivery - no response - auto emails to say 'they are sleeping' - no next day delivery - no explanation - do delivery at all yet - absolute shambles of communication. Would definitely not recommend or buy from them again.

A week ago I ordered Metcon 7 and paid express delivery. So far my order has not been delivered, I don't know where it is and I have no reply from WIT Fitness. They do not answer emails and do not have an available phone number. The reviews below that say excellent customer service are lies! Why are there so many with the name customer service? Because they are fake. WIT Fitness are liars and cheaters. I was cheated out of 110€. It supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend. Shame on you cheaters

No answer! I’ve ordered long time ago, and when I write to ask how things are, no answer. So money out and know information at all! Hope to hear something soon!

Shocking service - ordered 2 pairs of trainers on 10th April. Told me that they were shipped on the 11th and also got a notification from EVRI (Hermes rebranded but just as bad) that they were "sorting" them the same day.

Nothing more since. Contacted WIT's customer services on 19th, and they responded with this:

"I have urgently contacted your local postal services directly and escalated this to our Logistics Manager to get an accurate update on the status of your order for you!"

So urgently has it been dealt with that I've still heard nothing since despite again chasing on 23rd April.

So far I'm £250 out of pocket and no idea when/if I'm going to receive the goods!

My 1st experience of WIT and also my last

Love WIT's range of clothing, but their customer service is superb. Responses to issues are quick and matters are resolved swiftly. Thank you Jon Beaumont!
