WiseStamp Arvostelua

I was happy with WiseStamp until I needed to cancel and downgrade my PRO subscription. WiseStamp, makes it practically impossible to cancel. Their bot claims this can be done from the "Account & Billing" page, but that only allows me to upgrade, and there is NO OTHER OPTION. This feels super scammy and is following the trend of "trapping" paying customers.

So far, so good.. Initially I thought I needed to be signed into Wisestamp in order to see the resulted signature in both email accounts.

Best ever! Stunning!

The view in my email signature looks fantastic and organized

Everything was fine until I needed to cancel. I've attempted to cancel 5 times, a month later, and continue to get bot replies asking if I want to cancel. My account has now been charged and my account has not been cancelled. I'm not sure if humans actually work at this company. Beware!

I signed up for their service in 2018 and used it for a bit, then tried canceling in 2021. Not so, when I saw a new charge in 2022 I went to their website again and they described a cancellation procedure that wasn't accessible on their site. Confusing, so I emailed their helpdesk requesting to cancel. I was crystal clear so assumed it was done, but not so...they sent me an email encouraging me to stay on, and when I didn't reply, they conveniently assumed I had changed my mind and kept charging me instead of just taking my original cancel request at face value. I encourage people to avoid doing business with a company that makes it so difficult to cancel. When I finally realized they kept charging me, they refused to refund anything despite my providing the original cancel request. Slimy and deceptive way to do business.

Lacks of Features
One should try out the signatures by their own. Good to have own signature generator tool.

I can design my own signature and with moving, it´s easy to do it

transfer took about 1 minute to do as the set up was done last year.

I have emails from 2019 where I cancelled my service. They did not cancel and have been billing me $72/year ever since.

WiseStamp deserves a solid 5-star review for its ease of use, customization options, and professional results. From the moment I started using it, I found the interface incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to design a sleek and visually appealing email signature in just minutes. The platform offers a wide range of customization options, including different fonts, colors, layouts, and even the ability to add images, banners, and social media icons, making it easy to create a signature that truly represents my brand.

One of the standout features of WiseStamp is its seamless integration with my preferred email platform. The installation process was smooth, and once set up, my signature automatically appeared in all my emails without any extra steps.

WiseStamp enhances professionalism by providing additional tools such as clickable call-to-action buttons and promotional banners —all of which help drive engagement directly from my email. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their brand presence through a polished and effective email signature!

This is a very easy to use and useful tool for my business.

I have used three of the major providers in this space and these guys are miles in front in my opinion.

If you are not a developer or IT specialist this is a great platform to use and the tech and support team are super helpful.

Very easy to integrate and they even helped me to find a solution when sending bulk emails through another platform, very committed to help and definitely the most user/customer friendly I have encountered.

I have been trying to stop Wise Stamp from displaying distracting pop ups in my google workspace email for 2 years. I have spent many hours watching videos, reading articles, installing and uninstalling the app. Even when it has been deleted the pop up continues! It's the most persistent IT issue I have ever encountered. It's become personal. I want it in the boxing ring this is war

They charge my card 69$ I am trying to login I can’t even login to shity website nor they are answering they are scammers stay away

I was giving the option to upgrade to Pro for $5.80 and as soon as I authorize that they charged my account for $69.60. Immediately after I was charged I tried contacting them on their site only for the robot to keep saying they don't understand me. I called to Israel only to be hung up on. I have yet to be able to speak with someone on this matter. I've already disputed it with my bank but transaction is still pending. My advice is stay on the free plan so no one will just take your money. No stars from me

I am so happy with the email signature. My only regret is not finding this website earlier! THANK YOU

Wiseatamp is great. They are very helpful when one is not very tech savvy. I love my professional signature😁 and highly recommend this site to all business professionals.

I've never used their site and all of a sudden they are attempting to charge my card 98.00. This is not a trustworthy website. I'm glad they are trying to use an old CC number. Scammers.
