Algo Exchange Arvostelua 

Their platform failed miserably for me. Despite multiple shifts in strategies and configurations recommended by their team, my account was down more than 20% after nearly a full year. During a period of significant market volatility—when the platform was supposedly designed to excel—it harvested losses far more effectively than gains. My account never grew.

Initially, I was advised to invest in their Cairo strategy. When that failed, they switched me to Apollo V2. When that also failed to produce results, they increased the risk and leverage within Apollo V2. Every change and every reconfiguration resulted in additional losses.

This came after what I considered to be very aggressive marketing, sales, and subscription tactics, including a $10,000 initiation fee plus ongoing monthly subscription fees. Those fees only compounded my overall losses.

I gave management an opportunity to make things right by refunding some or all of those fees. They declined.

Every investment carries risk, and I fully understand that no trading strategy can guarantee profits. My dissatisfaction is not based solely on losing money. It stems from what I experienced as a year of changing strategies, unmet expectations, and paying substantial fees for a service that, in my opinion, delivered no value.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ALGO AI Exchange. I gave the company ample time, capital, and flexibility to demonstrate that its platform could perform. It never did for me, and I ultimately lost confidence in both the system and its management.

If you're considering investing with ALGO AI Exchange, do your homework, ask difficult questions, understand all of the fees, and make sure you fully appreciate the risks before committing your money.

So far, including dues and fees, im out 100% of what I have allocated for my initial investment. Oddly my drawdown is greater than what's record via the website. I must be the lucky one to get trades executed last.
I was initially told, there may be more losses than wins, but the wins outweigh the losses in dollars. Back checking this, I have no reason to believe it is true. My trades have the losses being quite a bit higher in dollars than the wins.
The sales pressure is borderline unethical as well.
I still haven't been given a legit answer what the algorithms look for with respect to entries and exits. What i do get as a response is, the trade is managed and scale adjustments are made.

Edit, responding to Algo Exchange: I did not say my drawdown is 100%. I said the combined $10k to start plus $200/month plus $$,$$$drawdown equals more money spent on AE than my initial investment.

I originally invested $31k with Algo exchange 3-years ago and my current balance is now down to $20k plus my fee. I would think twice before investing with them.

Algo Exchange has been a pleasure to work with. After signing up with them, I met with their CEO, Austin, at their office in Naples, FL.

I am naturally skeptical when it comes to using software to trade for me, but I am very pleased with my choice in Algo Exchange. They have been very accommodating from the first phone call, to onboarding, and even welcoming me to their HQ in Naples to meet the guys behind the product.

They truly know what they are doing when it comes to building trading systems. In a space where there a lot people acting like pros, these guys are the real deal. I am using their Futures systems and going to be adding their AI portfolios as well for more diversification.

From the time I signed up, I have not had to do much, simply connect it and let it ride. There are of course going to be some losing trades and winning trades, as with any system/investment, but I am MUCH more ahead and the gains are very attractive.

As far as brokerages and security, they work with companies like Interactive Brokers which made me feel very confident and comfortable as they have a great reputation and I already had an account there. I am in control of my account and can turn the system on or off whenever I want (but I set it up and let it run for the long run to let it work best).

Everything has been exactly like it was described and shown to me.

Great Team. Great Technology. Honest Company. I am new to AI and wanted to find a solution for using AI to invest. Algo Exchange made me feel comfortable, and their product is easy to use and the support staff is very helpful in educating on how everything works. Very happy with them and highly recommend.

I invested approximately $14,000 with Algo Exchange and ultimately decided not to allocate additional capital. My experience taught me an important lesson about automated futures trading systems: performance numbers alone do not tell the full story.

The platform offers polished marketing, multiple algorithm choices, and responsive onboarding, but after closely studying the actual trade records and historical performance data, I became concerned about how several strategies behave during choppy or rotational market conditions. Many of the systems appear heavily dependent on strong trending environments and continue trading aggressively during low-quality market conditions instead of reducing participation.

What stood out to me:

Some strategies showed very large historical drawdowns (over 50% in certain cases).
Several systems had relatively low win rates and appeared to rely on occasional large trend trades to offset many smaller losses.
Trade logs showed clusters of repeated failed trades during sideways market conditions.
Leverage levels appeared much higher than I initially understood.

To be fair, I do not believe this is necessarily a “scam” operation. The systems may perform well during certain market regimes, especially strong trends. However, I personally believe the risks, drawdowns, and dependence on favorable market conditions were not fully appreciated by me at the beginning of the process.

My recommendation to anyone considering Algo Exchange:

Study the actual trade history carefully.
Understand max drawdown and leverage before investing.
Learn how the systems perform during choppy markets, not just trending periods.
Do not assume hypothetical returns will translate smoothly into real-world performance.
Be cautious about allocating more capital than you can emotionally and financially tolerate losing.

That being said, the $14,000 already invested does give me the opportunity to continue monitoring and studying these systems as the company matures and refines its trading algorithms. I now view part of the experience as an educational investment that will help me better understand market structure, risk management, algorithmic behavior, and improve my own trading process over time.

I will also note that although I have continued attempting to communicate with the company regarding my concerns and questions, my recent emails have gone unanswered, which has added to my frustration with the overall experience.

In the end, I am grateful I stopped at $14,000 instead of investing more. The experience pushed me to learn more about market structure, risk management, and when NOT to trade — lessons that are probably more valuable long term than blindly following any algorithm.

From the minute I spoke with them I knew these guys were legit and I was right, Many people online make big claims, but Algo Exchange walks the walk and has full 3rd party audits on their programs. These guys know exactly what they are doing and are very professional. AI is the new wave and these guys have it mastered. I am so glad I found them.

I changed from one algo to another to another and always lost money. No refund policy. Five figures are a terrible thing to waste.

Prospective users should be aware of the fee structure and lack of support at Algo Exchange. After signing up, I found their fees to be significantly higher than competitors relative to the account value.

Despite Florida law requiring a 3-day cancellation window for subscriptions, their customer service refused to cooperate and eventually stopped responding to my inquiries altogether. I spent three weeks trying to resolve this via email and phone to no avail. Thankfully, my bank successfully processed an ACH transaction dispute to recover the funds. Their "no refund" policy seems designed to trap uninformed users. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

EDIT: Algo Exchange has replied that they responded to me within 24 hours and refunded me, but this is not true at all. The only email I received was from the salesperson claiming "It is unfortunately not refundable. Alvin, we have a phenomenal product and phenomenal service. I am confident this will be a great choice for you." I absolutely did not receive a refund and would not have gone through all the trouble of a bank dispute if they had refunded, let alone respond saying "Ok, we will refund".

I am very pleased with my results and the customer service of Algo Exchange. These guys have always been professional, engaging, and candid about their results.

I have been running Algo Exchange Millennium on a IRA account for 18 months now and am up 37%. I chose Millennium because it had the flattest up and to the right equity curve and had a peak drawdown of 14%. I personally am running it only at 75% of the recommended scale (yes I scaled DOWN) because I wanted to target a peak DD of 10%. Note this algo did go into a period of drawdown that lasted for 7 months for me, but as a percentage wise it was acceptable, and it was consistent with the model, so I let it run.

I see a lot of negative comments on here, and I do believe those clients jumped strategies and scaled up. Scaling up increases DD -> increases drawdown -> increases emotion -> reduces resolve to let systems the time to realize their statistical edge. I do think the secret to getting rich quick is to do it slowly.

My client rep is Mark, and prior to that is was Jason. Both of them have been upstanding and genuinely looking out for what's best for me. I have tried a lot of algo companies and this is rare.

I'm an engineer and don't have a ton of time to trade, and was looking for something I could let run with low drawdown and get good returns on one of my accounts I had just sitting in mutual funds going nowhere, AE did deliver for me.

REFUND REQUEST IS WORST! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Beware of Bytfin.manager on Telegram they are a scam. They promise you big returns with little money and they keep asking for their commission before you get your funds. Which you will never get, only excuse. The App they use is app.rapidaitraders.com it is a fake app they use to give you false hope.

I have joined Algo about two years ago. I have been using one of their routine in on one of my IRA accounts and it has been running independently. So far, my account has netted around 50%. I am very pleased with their services.

Jake from Algo is such a knowledgable and easy guy to work with! Knows his stuff, got a platform and product that actually delivers beyond the promises. Couldn't be happy with their performance and can't thank them enough for their help!

I have consistently lost money with them. Here is my take...if you like gambling, this is great for you! I don't believe they have any actual Algo's of their own. What they do is license Algo's from others who create them. They put it on their platform and let it coast..if it does great, you'll see it rise to the top, the poor ones fall to the bottom. You might choose a good one, and then it starts doing poorly, you might choose a poor one and then it might do well. There is zero actual strategy other than luck. The S&P might be 20%, and half their Algo will lose anyway...I basically lost money every month with the exception of 1 or 2, overall this past year I lost about 35%! So what's the point + their heavy buy in fee...don't waste your time. My Recommendation is finding a company that does this better. I DON'T think they are a scam! But they do not do this well, this I can say certainly.

I was in Cairo for 4-5 months, Cairo had one good month in April (out of 12, and the rest were lower than the S&P, so if you're a gambler go for it, if you miss that month you've lost money the rest of the year (give or take). Enjoy
Pershing, Falcon V2, V3, Raptor - were all doing great when I joined - and now they are all down and in the red...
So you have 17 Algos, and you're pointing to the 1 that happens to be doing well at the moment, or has had a good streak - even for 4 years...good luck to the investors who picked the 1 out of 17 thats not tanked - or gone flat on average. That's gambling.
I am fine with a 35% drawdown - that happens, markets dip. But 12 months of losses when the market is doing great - is simply a bad system, and bad set of Algos. This is why I don't recommend it - my responsibility is to let future investors know. I'm not angry - just disappointed, and think there are much better ways to make money, and more fun places to gamble! This is neither. I would have been much better with the S&P. It had a great year - while I did not, thanks to you.

17 Algos - 8 made money, 11 lost money (which you don't mention) only 3 beat the s&p! all of them wildly inconsistent = gamblers also win sometimes.

I am a client of Algo Exchange and even met with the CEO, Austin for a few hours. When the CEO personally gives time to the clients, this is the correct company. The number of Algorithms and users made me feel better. Others may love the dollar amount clients invested using the system.

This has been the worst investment I've ever made. After a year, my account is down 40% when my self-managed fidelity account is up 48% in the same time period. I've changed to different products at the advice of my rep but very disappointed in the outcome.

Over the past 12 months I have lost 30%. They showed me the cumulative loss was 40%. I was told on my call when I was sold this that the average monthly return was 2%-4% per month. After paying 10k for "license" along with a presentation showing me all the gains I would have gotten in the past 2 years, I shouldn't be in the red 30%. This is irresponsible and non-compliant. If I don't get a satisfactory resolution, I am filing a complaint with the SEC and any other regulatory agency that is appropriate. You can't throw out false offers and take people's money like that. I'm about to unleash furry on this company.
