As a solopreneur, I have several small businesses and Wisestamp makes it easy to brand for each business. I love being able personalize for each business. Their support is amazing. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Steer well clear!

This Isreal based company is nothing short of a scam. We fell for the marketing and tried to get out in the cooling off period but they wouldn't honour it. Software is limited, buggy and doesn’t really produce great signatures. When you have done the trial you get hundreds of templates, as soon as you subscribe you get 6… all variations of the same junk. Customer service is shockingly poor, they dont assist once they have your money.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with WiseStamp. My subscription automatically renewed, but I did not receive a renewal notice or reminder beforehand. I would have canceled the subscription had I known the renewal was coming.

Especially in today’s economy, when individuals and businesses are carefully watching their budgets, companies should provide clear and timely notice before charging customers for an upcoming renewal. An unexpected annual charge can be frustrating and financially difficult to manage.

I contacted WiseStamp to request a refund and explained the circumstances, but the fact that I received no renewal notification in the first place is what concerns me most. Customers deserve transparency and the opportunity to make an informed decision before being charged for another subscription period.

I hope WiseStamp will reconsider its renewal practices and do a better job of communicating with customers before automatic renewals.

I had an issue setting up my Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group email signature. The WiseStamp support team was very responsive throughout the email exchanges and worked together to help resolve the issue. They arranged a Zoom call today, carefully reviewed the problem, and successfully fixed it. I truly appreciate their prompt communication, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

I had a Zoom call with Agatha to fix my issue with the WiseStamp desktop app not working correctly. She found a solution and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Instead of emailing back and forth or being on a phone call, she was able to see my screen and it was very efficient.

As someone who isn't the most tech savvy, they make my email signature look very established and professional.
I've never had any issues, however the one time I tried to reach out, the customer service was amazing and that is hard to come by these days.

I've been using WiseStamp for a few years now. It used to be great - very easy to create and install on email platforms. Now the steps to install your signature are complicated and tedious, and after following the instructions exactly, my signature still didn't install in Apple Mail.

Furthermore, I previously used the signatures on both my Gmail and business email accounts. Now however, I'm unable to use more than one signature. The reason/error code it gave me didn't make sense. Again I followed the instructions to resolve the issues but wasn't able to actually make it work.

I don't know what happened, but it's definitely gone downhill.
