These guys have some of the most knowledgeable support staff around. I bring them hard questions, and they knock it out of the park. The customer service is top-notch, from the AI help to the live human help. Glad I am a user of WiseStamp.

I guess with a 2.7, one more bad review means little if anything. Customer service is not there at all. I think it may all be AI. They set meetings and never show up. They email back as if they never read your email. They kept trying to bill us for twice the number of users we have. I tried to tell them to fix the invoice, and we would pay it. They are clueless, so dont bother putting all the work into them, only to have to change it. Also, now AI does a pretty good job for free. And at least the AI counts users accurately.

I was flummoxed by the issue of iPhone not syncing signature page with computer. When I read the digital directions they gave I felt more confused but was able to ask, piece by piece, what everything meant. They were patient and persistent and non-judging, and after a few tries, it’s now syncing beautifully. Thank you WiseStamp !

WiseStamp makes creating professional email signatures effortless. The ability to deploy and manage these signatures seamlessly across an entire organization is a major advantage. The platform’s interface stands out for being exceptionally user-friendly, intuitive, quick to implement, and easy to maintain.

The level of customization is top-tier—features like call-to-action buttons, disclaimers, and meeting schedulers add continuous value to every email. On top of that, the signature templates are highly engaging to explore and take almost no time to build. Overall, the user interface is fantastic.

The Tech has been great.

We really love the custom email signature design that the team created for us. It is very easy to switch out the event banners & turn on and off signatures.

Started with a free plan that went from $46 to $69 to $90 with no apparent added value and no notification of the changes. No customer service other than a bot and forwarded email signatures showing backlinks looks TERRIBLE awful service. Not worth $10 a year.

WiseStamp Has Lost Its Value, Constant Login Issues, Broken Updates, and Aggressive Upselling

I have used WiseStamp for approximately two years, and the service has gone from useful to frustrating.

The product now asks me to log in almost every time I open Google/Gmail, and the Chrome extension will not stay connected properly. I also keep receiving update messages, but the update does not actually resolve the problem. What used to be a simple email signature tool has turned into a constant technical headache.

Customer support has been polite, but the answers have not solved the issue. Instead of fixing the functionality, I keep running into more account limitations, login confusion, and upgrade prompts. I previously paid around $79 per year, which was reasonable for what the service provided. Now I am being pushed toward pricing that appears to be around $49 per month just to get functionality that should already work properly.

That is not reasonable for an email signature service.

WiseStamp hooked me with a discounted annual plan, but the current experience feels like the value has been stripped away while the upsell pressure has increased. I should not have to fight with a browser extension, repeatedly log in, manually troubleshoot account settings, or pay a much higher monthly price just to keep professional email signatures working.

At this point, WiseStamp has lost its value for me. I will be looking for another provider.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They make it extremely difficult to cancel and seem more focused on keeping your money than helping their customers. The signature feature only works part of the time, which creates unnecessary frustration and delays.

I expected a company that values its customers, but my experience has been the exact opposite. Instead of providing solutions and support, they appear more concerned with retaining revenue than delivering quality customer service.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Don’t waste your money. This product never worked with our email system, yet they refused to refund our money and continued to bill us annually. I had to cancel my credit card to get the charges to stop.

Sehr schlechter Kundensupport und ein Produkt, welches einfach auf einmal nicht mehr funktioniert. Der Support meint dann einfach man soll mehrere Stunden warten es sollte dann schon wieder gehen, auf der Status Webseite wird aber vorgegauckelt das alles Einwandfrei läuft. War mit über 100 Accounts hier. Werde nun die Wechsel zu einem andern Anbieter ins Auge betrachten.

Nonexistent customer service. Left on read for over a half hour after questions regarding basic functionality multiple times. No escalation team that I can see, or at least nobody with any sort of experience working in modern identity providers. Platform breaks frequently in unexpected ways and it's up to us to figure out how to fix it. They also want you to pay for upgraded plans for something as basic as changing your sync settings! Absolutely ridiculous. I will steer my clients away from WiseStamp every single time I hear their name brought up.

I've been using the Wisestamp platform for well over a year now. It works really well and is easy to get started. If you have extra complexitity, it works well with that too. For example, we have two domains and mulitple email signatures for different departments. We spoke with our rep and contacted support once or two and they were able to get everything setup and working quickly. I highly recommend Wisestamp for your email signatures. This works with both Google and Microsoft too!

great solution for a frustrating problem. easy setup, many features, great integrations

We initially loved WiseStamp for our company. The idea of centralizing and streamlining email signatures across the team was exactly what we needed, and at first it seemed like a huge time-saver.

Unfortunately, our experience went downhill when we ran into issues with the email signature editor. After one of their “updates,” we discovered that we could no longer edit our current template. Instead of improving functionality, the update actually made it harder.

What’s been most frustrating is the customer service experience. We’ve reached out multiple times about the same issue and received the exact same response each time... it's clearly automated and not addressing the actual problem. It feels like we’re stuck in a loop with a bot rather than getting real support. For a service that’s supposed to save time and minimize frustrations, we’ve ended up spending far more time trying to resolve issues than it would take to manage signatures manually.

Horrible customer service.

We have been using this overpriced service for 6 years. We have decided to cancel due to price and in the website platform there is no unsubscribe button at all. But upgrade your subscription they didn't forget :)
Their AI system is useless and customer service is unexisting, trained to push you to extend and not answering your questions, but providing new stamp designs and offering discounts (which is how they got us as client, and then they gradually increased prices and we didn't even noticed).
I had contact with one of their sales reps, he was not willing to get involved or help either.
Bottom line is _ Very unethical company . Don't put your credit card details in their platform, as you will be charged for a long time without even noticing.
There are so many ways, nowadays, to make stamp and copy paste in your emails, so they do know that their product is irrelevant at the market and doesn't bring any value to customers.

Customer service took weeks to respond to a request to add a seat. All plan changes are routed through sales and they can't even respond quickly. Each answer I received opened another ticket, and I had to start all over with another rep - I'm stuck in some infinite loop with no resolution. So much for trying to give this company more more money. The company expanded their executive team and lost all touch with customer service - poor job Ehud Yalin-Mor.

They probably won't even let me cancel my account...

Worst investment ever, due to the lack of a live person to address issues that can't be fixed. Stupid pop-ups asking how to help. I reply "live person," but it sends me videos instead of a live person. I don't recommend this app, and I'm in the process of replacing it with a better, friendlier signature email app. Stay away from this company

It turned out the problem was related to the WiseStamp app rather than Google Chrome, but unfortunately, WiseStamp was unable to provide effective support for this specific issue. Their responses focused solely on website and email instructions, which did not resolve my concerns. Based on my experience, their customer service does not appear to prioritize small businesses, as assistance seems geared toward companies with 50 or more employees. Consequently, I requested a full refund because I found the company's responsiveness to application-related issues lacking. Although I do not usually write reviews, I felt it necessary to share my experience after all attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. I eventually received a full refund after they became aware that I had left a negative review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to concerns regarding its management and service quality.
