Absolutely shocking quality and even worse customer service.
The bed is extremely poorly made and feels incredibly cheap. Within a day of assembly, the loops on the ottoman lift had already pulled off, making the storage function unusable. This clearly shows a complete lack of quality control and durability.
What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. I’ve been repeatedly told that someone would be sent out to inspect and repair the fault, but nobody ever turns up. Every time I contact them, I get another excuse and another promise that isn’t kept. It feels like I’m being lied to and ignored rather than helped.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to stay well away. Once they have your money, getting any genuine support appears impossible. Based on my experience, the product quality is unacceptable and the after-sales service is even worse.
I’m now looking into taking this matter further through the appropriate legal channels as I’ve completely lost confidence in this company. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.

Good Products and Great Customer service
I have ordered quite a few mattresses from wink sleep and found them to be brilliant. The customer service is all amazing they are very good at responding quickly to any questions etc. With my recent order there was an issue but I was so thankful they were quick to respond and soon resolved this for me. Stressful experience
My experience with Winksleep has been very frustrating.
I contacted them within days of delivery as the mattress was unsuitable and causing discomfort. What followed was a prolonged process with multiple emails, delays, and repeated requests for information.
A replacement was eventually agreed, but the wrong size was sent, causing further delay. A 50% refund was later offered and ultimately received, but only after additional chasing and a slow resolution process.
Overall, the experience was drawn out and stressful.
Review updated to 3 stars- only as the 50% refund has now been received in full.

I would have given 0 stars if I could as this is a scam company that takes your money and then doesn’t deliver.Ordered an ottoman bed nearly 2 months ago,after a terrible experience with the delivery it came but only the sides and headboard. Been trying for weeks to get the rest of the bed we need and it has been so bad. Nobody gets back to you,customer service really poor. I asked for a refund and was told you can’t have one on a bed! I haven’t actually got a “bed”yet?
The parts I have received already are of really poor quality and there is a mark on the headboard which won’t come off.
My daughter is sleeping on the floor with bits of bed all over her room in a complete mess and Winksleep seem to think this is acceptable.

We are delighted with our new bed. The communication about our order was excellent with regular text links with delivery tracking & updates on time on arrival . The delivery team were very polite and helpful. The bed was packaged well no damages during delivery. The bed was very easy to assemble. At what point will this company take accountability
At what point will this company take accountability? Ordered a mattress a couple days ago says on shop it’s due to be delivered today, FedEx say they haven’t got it and this company says FedEx has it but hasn’t scanned it. Winksleep only had 1 customer service agent available. He was useless and has consistently refused to answer my questions by answering with another question. And has lied to me about the products whereabouts. My advice here would be to avoid this site and either shop in person and have it delivered or use somewhere much more reputable. As if I noticed 25% of the reviews for them was in 1 star I wouldn’t have bothered either
Since they have replied to my trust pilot review saying they haven’t issued a refund. Nothing has come through and FedEx told has contacted the police regarding this? Over a matress? Really? Longgggggg

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.
We purchased a Luna Divan Ottoman Super King bed, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The bed base was poorly manufactured, with exposed staples visibly holding materials together and clear damage in multiple areas. The headboard was also missing from the delivery.
The ottoman lifting handles did not match those shown on the website—they loosely drape along the floor. Internally, the frame was constructed using basic 2x2 raw timber supports in the corners, which is not something you would expect at this price point or from the product description.
While Winksleep initially agreed to replace the bed, the replacement was of the same poor quality and again arrived without the headboard. Although they later confirmed both items would be sent, I received a notification on the day of delivery stating it had been cancelled due to “quality control” issues.
In addition, I have incurred extra costs by having to arrange for people to be present on two separate occasions to accept delivery, as the service does not include bringing items into the property.
I also requested a call back from management, which I was assured would happen the same day. However, two days later, I am still waiting with no contact.
Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor product quality and inadequate customer service.

One star is a compliment! Where to even start, i've been conned, scammed, robbed in broad daylight. The mattressess are absolute junk. My order arrived, I was sent the incorrect mattress, a cheaper inferior model, which they don't seem to want back! after an excessive email exchange they agreed to send out the correct item. No tracking or confirmation recieved so no idea when it would arrive. When it did arrive no one was in so it was thrown over the side fence! (not their fault I know) taking it out of the box I could see it looked like what I ordered so I unpacked it, followed the instruction and left it laying flat for 5 days (more than recommended) and it's barely 3 inches thick someway off the 7inches advertised! I unzipped the removable cover and was shocked to see that inside was just standard foam more like you'd find in a cheap topper not the multi layer foam as advertised. If its the same material inside the incorrect mattress I recieved its no wonder they aren't bothered about having it back. Judging from other reviews it probably not worth me wasting my time trying to get a refund! I'm annoyed with myself that I've been conned like this. Save yourself the grief and avoid this company.
UPDATE - 20 days after posting this review and numerous emails chasing I still don't have the mattress I ordered or a refund. I'm continually told they are "investigating" and will provide an update which never arrives. I placed my original order on March 7th. I don't even want it anymore, I'd just like my money back! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE
