Resolved issue
Initially had issues with the delivery but the issue was resolved promptly by the customer support team, and have compensated me accordingly.
On a product point of view, the bed is lovely and exceeded expectations with quality.

Chose a bed and colour combo. The bed delivered was a different colour. Emailed the company before it was shipped but after 48 hours of having confirmation. Winksleep refused to address the issue. Be wary.

Unfortunately, by that stage, the order had already progressed beyond the point where we were able to make changes.

Our 48-hour timeframe is in place to allow us to process and fulfil orders efficiently, while still giving customers an opportunity to request changes shortly after placing their order.

I bought a mattress that claims to be Orthopaedic and firm. The mattress i got was definitely not Orthopaedic or firm. I wanted a refund but was told after 20 plus emails,pics and videos of the the mattress at there request,that I MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO SEND THE MATTRESS BACK BEFORE THEY CONSIDER IT!! I have been mis sold a product that does NOT fit the description advertised . I am still after months trying to get a refund and will not give up until i get it! WINKSLEEP Do NOT bother to reply to this review with your false apologies ect it won't wash I have the emails to prove exactly how you treat paying customers! Disgusting customer service is an understatement. I will be taking this further.
The reply from WINKSLEEP is the exact reply i was sent by email on more than one occasion. And as stated above that if i want a refund I MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO SEND THE MATTRESS BACK. As i was mis sold this product,legally they should arrange pick up but they will not and so therefore i am taking this matter further.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - STILL MISSING PARTS FOR MY ADJUSTABLE BED
I ordered an electric adjustable bed on 10th June which firstly was delayed because the bed apparently didn't pass quality control so they had to make it from new. It finally arrived late but my order was incomplete - missing the necessary fixings pack, instructions, remote to operate the bed and 2 twin packs of pillows. After numerous emails I am still waiting for the missing parts. DO NOT BUY FROM WINKSLEEP - appalling customer service, have asked for a refund even though it is well past 24 hours since delivery as I haven't yet received a fully working bed. they have clearly not fulfilled their part of this purchase.

UPDATE: WINKSLEEP REPLIED ABOUT A MATTRESS WHEN I PURCHASED A BED FROM THEM! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC!!!Please report winksleep so we can get them shut down. Theyre selling knock off products. Ways to do this, contact citizens advice bureau who will report to trading standards. Enough reports will have them shut down. Also, reach out to media platforms like this morning and panorama. Enough reports will make them stand out.
They sold me a bed which they made look different in shape on their website and refuse to take the bed back or compensate me. Bed also has a horrible smell to it. Never been so annoyed in my life. Ive been scammed.

2 beds- excellent solution provider
Ordered 2 beds. Had initial problem with one bed and the mechanism. They agreed to replace the part and sent a handyman to fit it and ensure it was working. Which was beyond expected solution.
Had to change my review from 1* to 4*.
Haven't slept in bed yet as I am moving house...will review actual bed later.

Avoid avoid avoid absolute nightmare. I am a disabled person and saved a long time for this bed. When I received the bed, it was nothing like what was on the website. I bought a ottoman bed gas lift. 2 of the slats were broken. They sent a bed with no. Legs or brackets, the football board was tiny. The headboard was misshaped. Nothing like on website at all. It was misaligned with the sideboards, so it doesn't sit properly. I have been back-and-forth with wink sleep for over 7 months. They told me they cannot refund me or change the bed. Because it was bespoke, I said, are you having a laugh? Bespoke, there's nothing bespoke about this bed, I did not design it. It is in a catalog with extras with feet without feet, higher headboard. And that's all, how can that be bespoke? What a joke the company is a joke. Please do not buy learn by my mistake. If you're having trouble getting your money back, do a charge back for your bank. That is your best option. Seven months and they still didn't send me the brackets to put the feet on the bed wink.Sleep you are a disgrace.
