Windriderseatcovers Arvostelua

Disappointed in quality/workmanship. Right off the bat my eyes were drawn to the large sewn on emblem on the face of the cover. It was sewn on very crooked. Thats the first thing you notice. The surround trim edging is neatly stitched but yhe added a 1” pice to cover overlap of trim as it was faster than making the trim cut to fit perfectly. Im confident it would kerp you back cooler but it really is a cheap thrown together product.

the world's greatest customer service staff....in a world were everything is AI, Wind Rider Seat Cover is staffed by real people who go above and beyond for their customers.

Easy to install on 2013 HD Ultra Classic. Provides unbelievable comfort on rides. Makes a big difference in a good way.

Took a very long time to receive. I've been trying to contact them to return it or exchange it for a Solo seat Wind Rider and haven't heard anything.

It was easy to order the cover I needed and it arrived quickly. It's very comfortable and cooling and now I don't have to take it off when it rains like I did with the fleece cover I had been using.

Great product, fits well. Improves the riding experience in hot and rainy Florida conditions. Looks good on it too.

I tried other seat cushions and found them wanting. The rubber hexagonal cushion retains heat to the extent that I burned my cheeks through armored pants. Apparently they can reach over 150 degrees +. So I decided to try this one out as I actually love the look. But looks can be deceiving. I took longer than expected to arrive but not by much. I had them on my bike in 20 minutes. I did end up using a zip tie to snug up a little bit. Then I took it out for a test ride. Awesome! My checks didn’t burn, I wasn’t sweaty where I didn’t want to be…and it looks fantastic! I have nothing bad to say, which being a skeptic is a rare thing!

This is a scam. Don't buy from them. They take your money and you won't receive anything

Seat cover made a difference as soon as I rode my bike, less than a mile.

Purchased the Wind Rider for my BMW F900 GSA. Fit perfect. Raided the seating height up a little, but not bad. Wish they made a sear for the Wunderlich Low. I tried the F900 cover but no luck.

The ordering process was quick and easy, the seat cover arrived packaged well with good instructions. Fits well and makes the riding experience more comfortable, I certainly notice the airflow down there. Thank you for a great product, I highly recommend.

Seat cover ripped after two rides.
I did give a five star review when I first received it. After a couple rides I noticed it ripping (tearing)
I contacted Windrider. They wanted me to pay for shipping from Canada to the United States. I felt I have already paid enough for the seat cover. I supplied pictures of the tearing.
They could have just sent me a new one.

I ordered a seat cover and I believe I got the wrong one. Their site directs you to reach out to Support via email. I reached out to the company by email several times. Initially, I wanted to know if I could modify this product to work for me. I also called three times, one of the times the phone system disconnected my call. I left a couple of voicemails and I have not received any communication from this company other than to ask me to put in a review. I received three emails from them to put in a review. My review towards them is not positive because of the lack of communication, their moneyback guarantee as far as I’m concerned is nonexistent because if they don’t respond to you, you go past your window to return the product. At this point, this product is dead to me and I would just wanna get my money back. so for me this is a thumbs down experience. Their poor customer support makes this a product I would highly recommend against.

WindRider puts out a quality, easy to install product at a good price point. They do not claim to be the best thing since sliced bread. They do back up what the ads say, it will increase your riding time, it does make for a more comfortable ride.

I did not receive the correct cover. I submitted a claim exactly as you instructed, providing photos and the model of my motorcycle... yet, a month later, I still haven't received anything!! You are just asking me to take measurements of the seat. You already have the model and year of my motorcycle. Please resolve this issue.

This is my second seat cover(2 bikes) and they fix perfect, it helps to keep me cool in the hot summers & lets rainwater run off my seat instead of sitting in a puddle.

This seat was a great as they described it, it is comfortable and I no longer sweat on my seat. Very comfortable. Easy to install.

I ordered a seat cover and it said if I am running a rider backrest to put it in the comment section. I did what the website said and received the cover with no cutout for my backrest. I have sent emails trying to fix the situation with me response. I gave it a 3 star because the product itself is good but the customer service lacks luster.

Seat cover was very hard to install on my 2017 Africa Twin. I emailed support to make sure I received the right one and after going back and forth a couple times and sending pictures, I was told it was correct and basically to try harder. So I fought it and pulled so hard I thought something was going to tear but It eventually pulled over all four corners. Just barely but it did. I am hopeful it will stretch out and fit better someday. These covers are great in the summer heat. I had one on my last bike that fit a lot better and was a major game changer in the hot summer months. You do slide around a bit on them would be my only complaint. I do not run them in the winter because you can feel the cold air movement beneath you.

Exactly what I was looking for and it fit perfectly on the bike I bought it for. Love it and highly recommend it to all !!
