Wike Inc Arvostelua

Delivery was supposed to take about 2 weeks, but I got my order in only 2 days. This is my 2nd order from Wike and I'm 100% satisfied with the product quality & price.

I recently purchased this special needs stroller/bike trailer, and unfortunately, it has two massive design flaws. First, the stroller wheel frequently falls off because of a poor insertion mechanism. Second, the brake is essentially worthless; it fails to stay engaged, which is a major safety concern. For a $1,500 investment, I expected much better quality. While they are one of the only options on the market for this type of equipment, I’m left with significant buyers remorse.

Good replacement parts and delivered very quick

Products are reliable and we easy to use.

Super friendly and helpful customer service. My wife and I were blown away at how our questions were addressed - seriously impressive.

Great product. Fast shipping.

Easy to put together and has some innovative ways of changing between the different options. Well built you can tell it is quality and sturdy. My daughter loves it!

Wike Inc. had what I was looking for. Communication was prompt and precise to the questions I asked. Shipping was better than expected. What a good Online company to buy from.

Useful for used trailers that I bought inexpensively because they came without hitches.

Before placing my order I sent an email to Wike's support team pointing out some errors on their web site. They promptly responded with a (I'm paraphrasing) "Thank you, we'll correct those errors and pay more attention to the content on our web site." The cargo trailer itself arrived a day earlier than predicted. I was pleased to find it packed in a cardboard box snuggly nested inside another box to ensure that any mishandling during shipment would be unlikely to damage the trailer. The trailer itself looks like it will provide many years of service.

great service

My order was cancelled twice no one reached out to give me a reason

I purchased the trailer kit to make a custom size for my drag sled. I am impressed by the simplicity of the design and the ease of assembly. The trailer is working great and has been a game-changer for me to access more remote areas with my gear.

Quel excellent service! Pour le service avant et après vente ils sont les meilleurs! Ils sont à l’écoute!

Helpful customer service

No tariff. Purchased three of the green connectors. I love the cart which I've had for five years. Need a new connecter every 1.5 years.

Edward have been five stars except for the $15 delivery charge for a $21 small light item. Purchased a trailer last year and it has been absolutely fantastic..

We’ve had our Wike Trailer for 20+ years and still rolling strong. Had our bike stolen with the “connector bracket” that links the trailer. The phone representative was super helpful, quick and we got the replacement within the week. She even offered to help with how to install!
