Terrible service.

I ordered my e scooter on the 26th of February, and due to Oolactive's incompetency, they shipped it with the wrong freighting. That means the packet was legally overweight, and sent back to Poland where they ship from, because they're cheap.

Support is very unclear in communications AND unresponsive. I'm sure the package will arrive eventually, but even so, this is my first and last order with Oolactive ever.

I highly recommend you do not trust these people for your critical need shipments.

Update: Refund was issued, but the company also requested a specific star rating in exchange for resolution, which I do not consider appropriate. Shows you they prefer score recovery over fixing the process that caused this issue.

They were responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the troubleshooting process. Thanks to their guidance, the issue was resolved successfully. Highly appreciated — great customer service!

Kupio sam scooter i isporučen je krivi model. Na moj zahtjev za zmijenom korisnička podrška je reagirala vrlo brzo i organizirala povrat i isporuku naručenog scootera. Odgovarali su na svaki upit mailom vrlo brzo.
Sve pohvale za korisničku podršku.

I cannot recommend OOLACTIVE highly enough. About a year ago, when my e-bike started having issues under warranty, I initially thought it was the battery and reached out for a quick replacement. Because of my mobility challenges, they were ready to send a replacement immediately without requiring me to send the old one.

Before they shipped it, I contacted them again and explained that I didn’t think it was the battery after all. I shared photos and asked for advice on fixing the bike. They not only provided helpful guidance, but also sent complimentary connector pieces. With their support, a friend was able to fix my bike, restoring its functionality.

I am incredibly grateful for their kindness, support, and willingness to go above and beyond. By contrast, the company where I originally bought the bike was unhelpful and dismissive when I had issues with the original battery. In hindsight, I probably wouldn’t have needed to even consider a replacement battery if they had offered the same level of care.

Thanks to OOLACTIVE, I have my mobility and independence back. Their service truly made a life-changing difference, and I cannot thank them enough.

Ich habe mir bei OOLACTIVE 2 Stk. E-Scooter mit Sitz gekauft, diese wurden sehr schnell geliefert. Die Scooter waren sehr gut verpackt und der Zusammenbau war einfach. Wir sind mit den E-Scootern sehr zufrieden und es macht richtig Spaß damit zu fahren. Um in Österreich damit auf der Straße fahren zu dürfen musste ich Reflektoren anbringen, vorne weiß, hinten rot und seitlich orange, wie beim Fahrrad.

Ich habe hier im Oktober 2024 bei OOLACTIVE ein E-Bike gekauft, mit diesem bin ich sehr zufrieden!

Anfangs gab es für mich die eine oder andere Frage, die dann zu meiner Zufriedenheit recht schnell beantwortet wurden.

Aktuell gab es ein technisches Problem mit dem Rücklicht, was soll ich sagen, innerhalb von 10 Tagen hatte ich aus Kulanz, ein neues Rücklicht zugesandt bekommen.

Besser geht's nicht!

I ordered the product in april 1st, And after the first day i reached out to customer support to ask how long the delivery takes, They said 1-2 days processing time and 3-10 days shipping. 4 DAYS HAVE GONE BY AND NO UPDATES, NO NEW ORDER STATUS NOTHING, I REACHED OUT TO THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO REPLY 5 HOURS LATER ASKING IF I HAVE A HOUSE NUMBER. MY HOUSE DOESNT HAVE A HOUSE NUMBER, I WROTE NOTHING ON THE HOUSE NUMBER PAGE, AND THEY DEEMED IT INCOMPLETE. I REACHED OUT TO THEM YESTERDAY AND AM YET TO HEAR A RESPONSE. So they finally Shipped the product, and im recieving it today, 10 days. 10 days!! I am in the eu, and the warehouse isnt even that far from me.

This is the second ebike I have purchased from oolactive. I was very impressed with the 1st randride bike and the communication and help from oolactive so I brought another the same.
My wife and I are enjoying having these bikes especially as we live in the hills of northern Portugal.
The bike is very good quality and very well made and handles more like a motorbike than a bicycle.

Ich habe ein Touroll E-Bike gekauft. Bin sehr begeistert vom Rad. Das Rad kam schnell an. Verpackung war super, auch das zusammenbauen der restlichen Teile ging schnell. Hatte dann aber w kleine Probleme und das Rad mußte zur Reparatur. Ohne Probleme alles mit dem Verkäufer geklärt und bekomme auch die Kosten erstattet. Alles super gelaufen kann den Verkäufer und das Rad nur weiterempfehlen.

Ordered a spare battery for my eleglide electric bike as no where else had any stock,arrived really quickly but box was damaged(by courier) battery was not damaged but key was missing,I contacted oollactive and they requested photos,within a couple of hours they contacted me saying a replacement key was on its way,brilliant customer service and support would definitely recommend

I bought an electric bike it arrived quickly and the packaging was great. I had several follow up questions regarding the purchase all were answered quickly, very politely and they worked hard to resolve the issues.
