Absolutely amazing, i own a hiboy pro max since september 2025 and it is the best electric scooter i have ever ridden.
The team is also one of the best i had the chance to talk to, every time i had small issues, i reached out to customer support, and the next day i already had a reply.
Fast, and always exacly what i need, they are amazing.
Great products, and an even greater support staff.

I had a concern with a purchase I made, I contacted customer service and Cindy was the agent who dealt with my concern. She was professional and courteous throughout my issue and had it resolved to my satisfaction very quickly.

We purchased a P6 and EX6 and the ebikes were delivered within 5 days. The bikes seem very solid and were packaged well. We hope the drive and electronics are as good as the quality and sturdiness of the frame. Customer Service was answering questions within 24 hrs. Warranty is one year and extra warranty can be bought if you like.

April 2026 had problems with the battery not charging I contacted hiboy support team, spoke to a young lady named Grace. The service I received was outstanding, hiboy support team responded within 8 hours of me contacting them. I provided all information regarding my battery. Hi boy support team replaced the battery under warranty. In future I will not hesitate to purchase any product from hiboy, and I highly recommend hiboy.

Amazing customer service! Cindy was very responsive and gave me daily updates to inform me the state of my request. Explained the issue and getting parts ship home with videos explaining how to repair my scooter. Really happy with Hiboy!

I have a two year old p7. The controller would no longer register the speed and the screen had an issue. Not great for a fairly new bike.
I emailed Hiboy and did get very good service from Cherry. She arranged for me to buy a new part and have it shipped and it did the job.

Seemless transaction with quick shipping! Bike came in bulletproof packaging and was a breeze to unpack and setup! My second purchase from Hiboy...bought a P6 last year and that experience was equally as good. Looking forward to a summer of fun riding with my wife. Thanks again!!

Last June I received delivery from Hiboy.ca of the new edition of the X300 electric scooter. Packaging was superb and safe from any damage in the shipping process. Wonderful easy assembly procedure. Operation and quality of the product was excellent.
After a few weeks of normal use I accidentally cut into the throttle switch wire as I was trimming some tape I had applied. I messaged Hiboy.ca customer support and related the problem and the response was immediate to help rectify my problem. I was able to make a personal connection with a most wonderful support agent. Over the period of having my X300 scooter I have received promt , professional, personal services, advice and direction.
I personally thank the whole support team and in particular, Nancy who has become a very special part of my rewarding experience with Hiboy.ca.

Wow, where do I start? The Hiboy EX9 bikes my wife and I got last fall are such a hoot. They are powerful, quick, easy to charge and a breeze to maintain. One of them came with a couple of small issues but Claire in customer service responded to my concerns and was a pleasure to deal with. She made sure that replacement parts were sent out to replace the ones that were not functioning up to their potential and even followed up to make sure that I had received them and the problems resolved.

Would I buy them again? In a heart beat. In fact at this time we are looking at getting a couple more for our daughter and son-in-law. Why not turn it into a family affair.... Dan

I had originally purchased a scooter from Hiboy because I found that their parts and services were easily accessible unlike many scooter brands on the market.

I had purchased a scooter for use of employees to distribute flyers for my business. It has allowed my employees without licenses to get around freely, in fact, sometimes faster than a car in the city of Toronto.

I had unknowingly ruined the battery in my scooter by improperly, storing it for the winter. I contacted Hiboy for clarification and they without hesitation. Sent me a brand new battery within days of the request.

Any scooter brands on the market offer fast scooters, but when they break or if they fail and it comes to fixing it. Most are unreachable with no customer service.
The customer service offered by Hiboy is unmatched. I will definitely purchase a scooter from them again. In fact I have been considering electric bikes for myself of my partner, and I will look no further than Hiboy.
