Absolutely ridiculous product, building it is horrendous. Nothing is labeled so you’ve got to guess and measure what’s what. Would never order from here again! Takes a full day to get some what of a climbing frame not to mention it took 8 weeks to come and as it got delayed another week.

I would avoid this company at all costs. The customer service is absolutely terrible. We have been trying to get hold of the company for weeks now as so many parts were missing with no luck. We have been waiting weeks to get this all set up ready for the school holidays with no luck. Save the stress and go somewhere else.

Very expensive for what it is. Parts missing, and customer service are pretty unhelpful. Hopefully once it’s all set up it’ll be worth the hassle and my daughter will love it.

Bought a very expensive climbing frame a year ago, after waiting a long time for delivery, it came with broken and missing pieces. Eventually they replaced the broken pieces and my children were able to play with it. After one winter outside the wood has cracks rinning all through it, you can hear the cracks getting bigger when they used the swings and the flimsy screws used to hold the monkey bars are damaged and the whole frame for the bars is wobbly. Was listed as having a ten year guarantee so contacted them and they did not respond, i sent loads of photos to show the damage and i have now had to stop the kids using it until i can repair it myself. Total rip off and nightmare company

Would not reccomend, took 4 weeks to deliver the wrong items, 16 weeks to have them collect items and issue a refund, ended up we had to do a charge back on card to get anywhere as told constant lies for collection and refund date, DO NOT BUY FROM!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

My order arrived incomplete, with over 200 wooden components, screws and fixings missing, making it impossible to assemble the product. I have had to send multiple emails, provide photographs and detailed lists of the missing parts, yet the issues remain unresolved.

To make matters worse, I incurred an additional £200 cost to have someone attend to assemble the product, only to discover that essential parts were missing. Despite this, I have even been told that my order was delivered in full, which is simply not correct.

Until the missing parts are supplied and this matter is resolved, I cannot comment on the quality of the finished product because I have been unable to build it.

I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service, as my experience has been extremely disappointing.

We’ve purchased Climbing frame Wickey MultiFlyer light and we’ve regretted it as soon as we started putting it up. It’s an extremely poor design, no suport for beams. We are good at diy but the instructions were misleading (we’ve highlighted this to wickey which they ignored). Wickey didn’t send all the items we ordered and we’ve clearly received someone’s return because there were bits missing and one of the beams was predrilled in the wrong place. The customer services has been shambles. We’ve lodged a complaint weeks ago which keeps getting ignored despite regular chasers. AVOID!

The website is lively and clear looks bright and easy to use. Once ordered things go downhill….. never got a confirmation email from them didn’t know when it was being delivered etc had to call them a number of times to find out information as no emails being sent. They have a recorded message that says due to being in high demand they close at 12pm!! Excuse me? Finally got the delivery and it was a pile of wood , not worth the money I had paid no pilot holes and the instructions seem to get more and more vague the further you get by the end it’s just a guessing game , the climbing frame it’s self is nice but the canopy and other accessories that look solid in the picture are just tarpaulin material that you have to cut out yourself! Not even drawn onto the material , you have to measure it all out out and cut it yourself once put up in the climbing frame it looks awful and just hangs there , I went out and bought some more would to screw to the bottom part which made it look a lot more solid - this should have been included by now ickey. the details on the climbing frame I bought looked lovely on the website however these do not come with the climbing frame you basically have to make them from scratch they give you a sheet of white sticker paper so I don’t bother to do this .

Waiting for a reply about damaged products

So far im extremely frustrated with my purchase.
I bought my swing set at the end of May. First they insisted they didn't get payment. Twice I'd to send in proof of purchase which was not a good start.
Im still to get word of an actual delivery date as its still not in production and they can't tell me when that will be.
If you're thinking of making a purchase then dont be in a hurry and probably be in a situation where you might just have to kiss goodbye to your money and receive nothing.
Almost 5 weeks since purchase.

Bought a playset 18 months ago, arrived and some parts were missing. Others had to be cut down as they didn’t fit with the instructions. Fast forward and the whole thing is falling apart, lots of split wood. Customer services refuse to send a replacement, instead want to replace all the broken pieces individually. Not happy 😡

Whilst assembling your product instructions were not great and contradicted photos, measurements would not have worked, wood was wet and warped. cuts were not square. I had to assemble to my own design. Definitely not worth the money for what you actually get would not reccomend to anyone.

Excellent product however we were a little naïve about how large the concrete holes had to be - you are looking at an extra c£250+ in costs for that…

The play equipment itself is nice, I purchased the multiflyer. There is a lot of sanding and drilling involved as there are no pilot holes. The kids do enjoy playing on it, the only thing is there is a piece of wood on the inside of the A frame of the swing, which if kids swing to the side they hit the end of it. Once we moved the wood to the outside it solved the issue.
The instructions that came with it were not clear in some parts, causing us to make a couple of mistakes. I haven't been able to download the Wickey app to use the manual, which claims you can build it 30% faster, as it's stuck in a loop asking me to verify my email and not recognising that I've done it, very frustrating. We also recieved a structural piece of wood that was badly spilt, not ideal.

The instructions are very sketchy and the panel for the roof too small.
For an expensive item it should be perfect.

So disappointed alĺ wood was split terrible workmanship I won't be purchased again its coat lotsvof money to replace the wood plus they never replied to my email

Not so straightforward to build and plastic canopy really disappointing as it undermined the overall product.

We placed an order in early April and paid for the product in full. Our delivery window was late May. I heard nothing, contacted customer services who said we hadn't paid even though we have and a 4 figure sum is gone from our bank account. They never contacted us to trll us there was no payment, even in the supposed delivery window. I emailed customer services the evidence and I'm still waiting for a reply 4 days later. I had a bit of wood dropped of "pieces missing ""had to measure and drill all holes ,measure, cut ,,remeasure ,check,level ,,on and on .....if I had have bought the wood off timber yard it would have been quicker and cheaper ...SORrY...A.Lamb

I ordered a children's playground through their website almost two months ago and, unfortunately, it was a disastrous experience with several missing parts. I asked support to resolve the issue, but they told me to identify what was missing and to check and measure every single piece myself. My time doesn't allow for this, and it was their responsibility to send a complete package.
Eventually, I found the product brochure on another website, checked and measured every piece, and found that 5 parts were missing. I emailed their info department stating that I need them urgently because this was a birthday gift for my child, which turned into a super, super bad experience that everyone should avoid. To this day, I have not received any response to my request.
