Great experience with Simpsons. I was in Whitby and wanted a particular pair of earrings in Whitby Jet and they only had them with an amber stone. I emailed Simpsons and asked if they could make me two pairs as my mum wanted a pair also. Derek made me the earrings and posted them with excellent communication throughout.
