If we could give Micheal 10/10 we would. A 5 star does not give him justification for the service he provided for us. After losing my first engagement ring we found Micheal online, it then came apparent that this was the best place we were meant to be to purchase our engagement ring. On arrival Micheal was friendly and professional nothing was too much bother and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. He explained everything in detail about each ring we looked at and the whole experience felt very personal and one to one. I wished we had gone there from the beginning and not made the mistake of going elsewhere. When picking the engagement ring Micheal sat us down and presented us with the ring, the presentation was overwhelming and brought tears to our eyes. The ring was absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail was unreal. The experience was something we will never forget to the point where we are going back to get our wedding bands. From the very first time I spoke to them I felt very assured as everything was explained with great detail which was important for me when looking for an engagement ring as there are so many things to consider. I mainly dealt with Alex who was always there if I had any questions and once the ring was ordered, always kept me updated with the progress but it wasn’t something I was concerned about because he gave me an accurate explanation of the process from the very beginning and everything went to plan, exactly as he said it.
