I was recently gifted my mums old full-set baguette eternity band which needed to be resized. DCJ was the best experience we had at any of the 3 jewellers we took my ring to get advice on. Sophie worked with me to find an innovative solution and meant we could maintain as much of the sentimental value of the ring as possible (I.e. same metal, same look and feel). The ring looks fabulous and now fits perfectly.
I couldn’t recommend DCJ enough, the staff are so friendly and communication was great throughout.

A wonderful experience, an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I brought in two family engagement rings to be repurposed. I knew what type of ring I didn't want, neither an engagement nor an eternity ring, but no idea what type of ring I did want. I first worked with this jewellers when designing and crafting my fiancée's engagement ring, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The whole process felt personal, thoughtful, and incredibly well supported.

A special thank you must go to Hannah, whose service was outstanding throughout. She struck the perfect balance between offering helpful guidance and giving me the space to make my own decisions. I had a slightly bespoke idea for the engagement ring, including diamonds which weren't initially available through the standard options on the website, and Hannah was incredibly accommodating in helping bring that vision to life. The end result was exactly what I had imagined - a sparkling magnificent ring that my fiancée absolutely loves.

More recently, we returned to have our wedding bands made. Hannah once again made the process really enjoyable. She encouraged me to try a rose gold band - not something I'd ever considered and initially didn't think I'd be open to. In the end, it completely changed my perspective. I went from someone who didn't think they'd want to wear a wedding band to someone who is genuinely looking forward to wearing it every day.

I recently worked with Daniel and the team to remodel my engagement ring, replacing a pear-shaped cluster with a single GIA-certified pear diamond while retaining the original halo and pavé setting.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. As I live in Northern Ireland, the entire process was handled remotely, which initially felt daunting — but communication was clear, honest and professional throughout.

Daniel took the time to explain the options available, including the structural considerations of adapting the existing halo. When a minor width issue became apparent once the cluster was removed, they paused work and discussed the best solution with me before proceeding. I really appreciated that transparency.

The workmanship is outstanding. The adapted halo looks completely intentional, the new diamond sits beautifully, and the finished ring exceeds my expectations. I also received a formal insurance valuation, which gave me further reassurance of the quality of the work and stone supplied.

I felt listened to, never pressured, and always well advised. I would not hesitate to recommend them for bespoke remodelling or diamond sourcing.

the first time I went to DC was to make my ring smaller after having a gastric sleeve, I lost loads of weight and this shop helped resize my ring so that it fit my finger properly again, and replate ring so that it looked bling bling again ✨ (2024)
