They are responsive, committable and completed their part of the job as expected. There was a misunderstanding regarding communication, but it was resolved promptly. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

Been with them since 2022. Chose them because of their stellar customer service reviews. I tested them with a phonecall and it was immediately answered. Was very pleased with their service for the first few years. Gradually, service has declined. More frequent service interuptions with my IP being blocked. Longer response times but still acceptable. Now, I cannot recommend them at all. Unfortunately, I am in a 3 year prepaid plan that I am considering forfeiting. The response times are terrible...often over 24 hours. Then when they do respond, the agent closes the ticket prematurely. Making me reopen it and suffering through another long response time. They advertise 10 mins response time on phonecalls. I'm currently sigtting at 40 mins with no response. Usually, after 45 mins I will get an automated message that they can't take my phonecall and they should disconnect it. This has happened 2 - 3 times so far. Make that 4 times. Just happened again. This week, I had a suspended account because WHC suffered an attack on a service from multiple IP addresses. They got it back online the next day. Then all interac etransfer deposit notifications were being blocked to my email and delayed by hours (5+ hours) so I couldn't conduct my business. Then I had 2 good days of everything working and now I can't access my website with a Forbidden 403 error. I cannot recommend them anymore until they improve both service and customer service.

Every interaction I have had with Web Hosting Canada has been excellent. All support queries are promptly solved, detailed instructions provided, and the tools are reasonably easy to use.

we signed up with WHC 2 months ago and this is the worst platform we ever dealt with. They claim over 99% always working which is a BIG LIE. It goes down week after week and support is horrible. After hours you are on hold min 4-8 hrs and once someone comes on the line they are in a different continent. I have spent thousands to WHC in past months only to be down week after week. As I type this email we are done since 7am and tech support seems to have no clue to fix anything. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional.

Account setup, interface, user experience is so intuitive and easy to use! The customer support and AI troubleshooting tool is great and fast getting to the solutions. Domain service is fast and easy to understand. I can't recommend this enough! +++Rep

the youngman took care of my issue. He said they were migrating the server, and the next day the site should be loading faster.

The ai assistant was very helpful with the process. It could only be better if I could move the chat around on the screen so it doesn't cover what I'm looking for.

They responded very quickly and solved the ticket issue.

Service and Support are awesome! I had a small issue after my account was created, the support team actioned it quickly and resolved it in a very short time.

I've been having an ongoing issue with logging in and had to contact WHC a couple of times about it.

I used the chat featuer, and got a great customer support agent. Amina was excellent at resolving my login issue. She was quick and thorough and I didn't need to explain my issue multiple times for her to resolve it. She's an excellent communicator.

The customer support at WHC is really great.

Rosie was very helpful. she got everything done the way i asked and when others left me on seen or days without reply as soon as she got involved the problem was fixed and ready for me to use.

I have used WHC for years.
Their support is terrible. A while back the email was painfully slow and it took forever to get it fixed. Recently they did another of their destructive 'upgrades' and they have screwed up the email data usage figures. After endless excuses, they have said it is somebody elses fault and are refusing to fix it.
