Web Hosting Canada Arvostelua

Elyes was very quick and efficient at resolving a phishing attempt on my account. Great Customer Service!

The customer service is awesome. They answer quickly with good orientation.

I have been with WHC.ca for two weeks only, but every time I have an issue they are quick to resolve it. I also like the cPanel over other UI's I have used on other hosts. I would advise against using the Softaculous WordPress install, however... Not their fault, just a super bloated piece of software...

Odd behaviour in CPanel. I opened a ticket at 11pm, and it was fixed when I got up next morning. Not just "here's how to fix it yourself", but it was actually *fixed*. Fantastic! Big thanks to Dan Kurtz.

Malgré un retard au démarrage, une fois pris en charge, la qualité des réponses et du service àè la clientèle fut exceptionnellement PROfessionnelles ! Félicitations et merci beaucoup car c'est devenu trop rare à mon goût !

The support has been been good, the people have been great, in particular Miller, Jace R, Vanie K.P.
The ticketing system takes about 24hours... but typically they have the issue dealt with buy this time.

I have more than 30 years of experience in IT, and over the years I have hosted websites on four different hosting platforms. One thing I have learned in this complex world is that how we do what we do is often more important than what we do. That principle is reflected in service, integrity, persistence, and effective communication.

Migrating my website from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to Web Hosting Canada was a very interesting experience. While the process became challenging because of issues with AWS, the persistence, professionalism, and communication of the Web Hosting Canada team made what could have been a frustrating experience almost enjoyable.

Ibtihal, Salim, and especially Nada from the migration team earned my trust through their knowledge, patience, and commitment to seeing the process through to completion. Their willingness to communicate clearly and stay engaged throughout the challenges gave me great confidence in their judgment and abilities.

I believe my experience with Web Hosting Canada going forward will be just as positive. For these reasons, I am very pleased to recommend this outstanding team to anyone looking for a hosting provider that truly values its customers.

The WHC person who helped me with mu latest ticket did a fine job.

Features for the price can't be beat. And their support is very responsive

Ziad was very helpsful in fixing our issue! Thank you!

Fast, efficient and friendly service!

We are a small non-profit with our site hosted by WHC for the last several years and at a very reasonable price. First, the site performance became way better than our previous host's. I've always had excellent support, first for the transition and since then for any problems. It seems that access to human support agents is now diminished, but I recently found that the current AI assistant was very good at helping to solve my recent problem.

Excellent service, help, and communication by Nada. All 5 stars.

Good service
