I transferred 4 domains from Wix to WHC. Easy and fast. I needed some help and they answered my questions quickly.

They solved a complex problem that may or may not have been a problem in the service they provide - it could have been a Microsoft incompatibility.

I was very happy with my old hosting provider, but it was not wholly Canadian, something that has become increasingly important to me. I admit, I had a few moments of anxiety about moving to a new host. But WHC migrated my site, answered all my questions and got me up and running within a couple of hours. On top of that, my site seems to load faster now, so I am sitting over here in the corner grinning. I am on the Pro plan, which is a little cheaper than I was paying for the same service. I wholeheartedly recommend Web Hosting Canada.

Alain was extremely helpful and patient. He quickly understood the issue with my domain and DNS configuration, explained exactly where the records needed to be managed, and added the required DNS records for me while making sure my existing business email settings were not affected. Service clientèle pas du tout réactif. Multiples demandes de tickets ouverts, rien n'avance. Cette société laisse le client dans des délais d'attente honteux. Je ne vous recommande pas de prendre un de leurs services, vous allez vraiment le regretter.
