It was easy to book in an appointment with him, and following the appointment he provided me with some recommendations about what parts I needed. Its so good to have a good local Locksmiths we can call on. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I was just as happy this time. First time Paul came to change our front door locks as we had just moved into the house. This time Thomas came to remove a bike lock the prior owners had lost the keys to and left on our railings. They quoted the most recent job from photos and were able to then remove the lock very quickly at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again when we next need a locksmith.

Approached 2 other Locksmiths - 1 didn't respond at all and the other was unable to help. Found W G Locksmiths on Which. Sent message and received an immediate helpful response from Paul even though he was on holiday. Thomas came the very next morning at the time arranged. The lock on my upvc window handle had stopped working. He carried out a thorough assessment to see if it was the lock, the handle or the window alignment, explaining everything as he went. We decided to replace the handle which he had on the van and the cost was made clear before he started work. The work was completed within 20 minutes and I have a 1 year warranty on the new handle. Thomas was very friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

They replaced our front door lock. They did a great job.

I needed my lock cylinder replaced and some general door maintenance as the handle was playing up. I received a response for my request for quote the same day, was given answers to all my questions and an appointment was arranged for the next day. At the appointment Thomas provided me with very helpful advice which allowed me to pick the right cylinder security level for me. He was also able to quickly diagnose the issue with my door which was not an obvious one at all. He worked very efficiently with minimal disruption to my day. All in all 5 star service, would recommend and use again!
