I asked Paul to check on the problems of the smart lock. Paul was on time and friendly. He explained clearly on the root cause and provided a workable solution. It turned out the problem was caused by the misalignment of the strike plates. I wish I had asked Paul to come and check my carpenter's work right after the door was installed! Fast, smooth and well done

Absolutely great service. I had tenants locked out of the bathroom and Paul at WGLock was able to go down, Open the door and replace a broken lock, same afternoon.
