Paul was excellent, kept in touch throughout the day about his arrival time and completed the repairs to my front door lock efficiently and at a good price. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I arranged for new lock to be installed in a few days and Thomas did a great job. He was friendly and carried out the job very professionally.
