Yrityksen kirjoittama
Western Lettings is an ARLA licensed, multi-award winning independent letting agent in the West End of Glasgow. Ever since our business was established in 2008 our objective has been to continue specialising in letting and managing property without becoming side-tracked by other ventures, such as property sales and development.
By focusing on one thing, we can invest in people and infrastructure with a long-term strategy. Our culture is one of continuous improvement with tiny changes being implemented almost every day. Team members plan their own training. We leverage technology where we see the most juice, adopting it as our friend but not our master. Everything underpins our never-ending quest to make renting better.
Whether you are a landlord looking to rent your property with a letting agent in Glasgow or a tenant who’d like to register with us, we’d like to hear from you. You’ll find our service to be straight-forward, professional, and friendly.

Another year of excellent service from Western Lettings. The whole team are great, but Matt deserves a special mention, as he takes personal responsibility for our property. He is always prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and constructive in his communications. We live overseas, and Matt and team have continued to manage our property, ensuring that both we and the tenants are happy. He keeps us informed as often as he needs/we want him to, and always shows initiative. The online system is great as well. Thanks so much, Matt, Sandra and all of the Western Lettings team! It gives us such peace of mind having you manage our property!

Professional, great value and will go above and beyond expectation!
I was pleased with the service and value to me as a landlord before but tonight they’ve gone above and beyond expectation to help me access our property after a key issue. I contacted the out of hours service and within 2hrs Jack had been back to the office and sorted the problem. Can’t recommend highly enough 👌
