I looked on line and seen what i wanted, i rang and spoke to Elena { who i have dealt with before} . She sorted the carriage out at her end i paid on the card. This was Wednesday PM, we got them on Friday afternoon. Thats to the isle of man !. Unbelievable. Definitely use you again. Plus Elena is an absolute legend, so helpful.

We do apologise in this instance, as a pricing mistake in our system did mean that the item you ordered was incorrect by almost 80%.
We did deliberate on whether to supply the goods to you anyway, despite the system error, but unfortunately we were not in a position to absorb the cost on your behalf.
For that reason we decided the best course of action was for us to advise of the error and offer a complete refund as one of the options.
We apologise for the inconvenience and realise that pricing errors are frustrating. We are always working to provide the best possible price for our customers.

We appreciate that at times shipping charges can be frustrating. In the case if the particular product on your order, we ship these direct from our supplier. That means we have to pass on the exact shipping cost to our own customer. This is not ideal and we are always looking for ways to improve our shipping charges and terms across our entire product range.
We hope this would not deter you from using Welding & Welder again and would encourage you to reach out to one of customer service advisors if you have a requirement which we may be able to help with.

£15 quid delivery 1 week later still no goods.
You pay nearly £15 for delivery yet you still end up waiting a week for it. Had the cheek to send me this link to leave a review when I've not even received the goods. Fair enough it was a bank holiday weekend but its still a week waiting time when your paying a courier fee? Chances are these courier are actually infact working so don't understand why this is.
If you are charging £15 for courier delivery it should be as good as next day. At the end of the day the product will arrive 4 days after you have processed it if its taken from the 2nd, which I still feel is unacceptable for £15 delivery fees. Its not just amazon that can manage quicker deliveries than 4 days, I've used DPD,DHL,Evri and UPS have all done next day delivery for around the price that you are charging. If I had known this I would have went else where as I'm now holding back jobs awaiting this equipment. I still feel this warrants a one star review to alert others.

I’m sorry you felt you needed to leave us a 1 star review.
We have checked our system and can see that you placed your order at 3pm on Thursday the 28th March, which would have been too late to process that day.
As you pointed out, we (and our suppliers) were then shut for 4 days over Easter bank holidays and reopened on Tuesday 2nd April. We note that you left your review on the 3rd April. This means we only had 2 working days to process your order and have it arrive with you in Glasgow (we are based in Plymouth).
We do understand that companies such as Amazon make this seem realistic, but even Amazon charge a monthly subscription for next day service and it is not available on all products either.
We use couriers to ensure security and reliability but we do not advertise, promise, or charge for a next day service.
Our review system does send review requests automatically 5 days after an order is placed which is normally appropriate, the 4 day bank holiday is an exceptional circumstance. We apologise if the automated review request caused you any distress.
We have been assured by our warehouse that your order will arrive with you tomorrow.
