Simon-Top bloke

Had the pleasure of dealing with Simon, he made the process so easy and was very polite! Got me to the price I was hoping to sell my van for! He sent me his location to track before arriving so I knew when to expect him which was great. Did his checks on the van keeping me in the loop every step of the way!

I got the offer that we agreed on eventually

I got the offer that we agreed on eventually after trying to knock me down which I knew would happen. A few phone calls back to the main office and it was sorted. I understand that they’re sales people at the end of the day but I had said before they came out that’s the agreed price and I wasn’t going to budge on it. The guys that came out (Simon) were nice and friendly and the money was in my bank very quickly. Only took about 30 mins to sort it. I would recommend but just be firm and stick to the agreed price.

Simon was really helpful today. He turned up nice and early and no messing around. He bought both of the vans we wanted gone and for a fair price. We will definitely be using you again in the future and hopefully this the start of a good business relationship! Thank you Simon and the team much appreciated.

I wouldn’t bother no price given on a 21 plate van

You fill in a free quotation they ask you to send photos you do you give them the full spec and rundown of the vehicle only for them to tell you they are miles off compared to what you’ve already been quoted by other companies I was offered £13,920 for my 2021 plate Ford connect with 22,000 miles on the clock and they basically turned around and said we are miles off they wouldn’t even give me the price and then they say that everyone is over pricing yet when I’ve checked their reviews everyone saying that they are under paying and upon inspection they then lowball them again just avoid don’t waste your time
