Regarding the valuation of your Lexus, our pricing team reviewed the vehicle thoroughly and determined there was no room to move on price given its condition. During the physical appraisal, we identified several issues that were not declared during the online valuation process, including:

• Passenger Side Rear Interior - Door Trim: Damaged, requires replacement
• Driver Side Rear Interior - Door Trim: Damaged, requires replacement
• Front Bumper: Bug damage, requires repair and paint
• Passenger Side Rear Exterior Wheel: Alloy wheel damaged, requires repair
• Driver Side Rear Exterior Wheel: Alloy wheel damaged, requires repair
• Rear Bumper: Misaligned, requires repair and refit

In addition to the physical damage, our standard OBD-II diagnostic scan revealed several system faults:

• C1241 – Low or High Power Supply Voltage
• C1300 – Skid Control ECU Malfunction
• C2121 – Transmitter ID 1 not Received (Main)

These issues significantly impact the resale value of the vehicle and must be factored into our final offer. We always invite customers to join us during the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how the valuation is determined.
