I don’t understand why bother to answer all the questions about any damage to your vehicle, get an estimate, or “valuation” I think they call it, only to get there and be offered thousands less than the offer you get on line! Then they ask you how much are you looking to get. A call to the manager has to be made, just like the bs you get when you go to the dealer to buy a car. Then there was a form that needed to be filled out, and there was not one to be had in any of the drawers which led to significant delay while I was there. I got thousands less than they offered. $3500 less. The girl was chatty, but I’m not sure if she was genuinely nice or just buttering me up to let me down.

Seamless process throughout. The young man that came to our house was fantastic. He was kind, courteous, and thoroughly explained all the details to us. Communications from start to finish with everyone involved was exceptional.

Ed was very helpful and made the experience of selling my car very easy. I took my car to Carmax, CarShop and webuyanycar.com for pricing and webuyanycar.com was highest of the three. I would highly recommend this company and will come back again if and when I need to sell a vehicle.

The transaction to sell my car couldn't have been easier. Made appointment online and Darnel from Morton called ahead of time to let ms know he was on the way. He was courteous, explained everything in detail and came back with a very fair offer. He did all the paperwork and within an hour everything was completed.
