Product quality is really consistent! The Supima Cotton is really soft and comfortable, and I've been wanting to wear them almost every day.

Great products. High quality. Great customer support. Pepper is very concerned that the customer is happy.

It is wonderful to finally find bras the fit the smaller body beautifully. Besides the fit they make me look sexy and attractive. Do be cautious on band sizing. I measure for a 30 per Pepper's instructions. Ordered 30's could not get them hooked without risk of damaging bra. Then ordered 32's. It was possible to hook in first hook, but very uncomfortable because too tight. They also flatten me greatly. The ordered 34's. They fit wonderfully and I love them.

I love the products they have. They were the first place I thought to look for something for my anniversary. Every product I've gotten I've loved and is flattering. I love these products so much I check frequently for new items and limited edition releases. I've recommended them to my friends and family.

I love that the bra and leggings set are so comfortable. They are soft and hug all the (minimal) curves that I have without being too tight. They also make me feel like I look good and give me so much confidence.

I followed the fit guide and it said to get 36A. It was so uncomfortable I had to take it off at work :(

I ordered a few items online, all of which were too small as the sizes run very small. I returned the items and only received a small partial credit. I have been emailing them for some time now, and they simply will not respond to the email. They do not provide an 800 or other number for customer support, and they refuse to respond to emails, so there are on options when items need to be returned.
I have no choice but to do a chargeback with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bras used to be great when I found the company in early 2022. Now you can't even get a phone number to talk. Nope, this company is not interested in peiole, they call this streamlining expenses. ....they just lost a customer and order. Not a progressive, efficient or cool company anymore. Zero respect for them now!

I got the Supima cotton bikini and I am so happy! They are so comfortable, soft and lightweight. Pepper is my new “go to” brand.

The first order of 3 bras didn’t fit at all even though we followed instructions for fitting that were on the website. The replacement bras in a bigger size didn’t fit well either. They are thin on the sides and cut into you. One of the bras had the straps sewn on backwards. We sent them back at our expense but they didn’t give us a credit or refund. Not happy with the quality or service.
Update: Customer Service reached out after seeing this review. They did give full refund for the purchase price.

I think how these are manufactured has changed/is different from the items displayed on their website and in their adverts. The quality is terrible. One arrived dirty, one was the wrong size. When I tried to return my items I was ignored. Terrible company - avoid.

As much as I do love my 2 pepper bras, the customer service this time around has been awful. I accidentally placed an order and read that I could cancel it within an hour. After talking with AI several times, I still could not complete this process. I emailed the company at least 3 times trying to get my order canceled. Next day, I receive notification that my order is being processed and ready to ship. And of course, I finally get an email back stating that it was too late to cancel. Highly disappointed. This bra WILL be returned.

I initially had trouble creating an account, but their response was super fast and helpful.

At first I was a little unsure if I wanted to try these since I like to actually see the items in person and try them on. But...
Received my first order today, and of course had to try the bras on immediately. They weren't lying when they said no cup gaps! Purchased the Signature all you bra and the Simply Smooth T-shirt bra. Both fit like a glove!

I did do the measuring for fit which I think is a HUGE help in getting the right size. I've been wearing Victoria Secret bras for decades, and while they fit pretty good, they have always given me gaps, no matter what size/style I get.

I will be ordering more of these, different styles and some other under garments. So happy I decided to try these!!! Thank you for creating bras for IBTC women!

Shocking quality for the price point. I’ve never had bras come apart so quickly. I bought 3 and there’s issues with all of them. One had sharp stitching on the strap that was/is really uncomfortable. The jersey material on another bra piled awfully on a delicate wash, now the inner pad has come apart, which renders it pretty useless since their selling point is their uniquely crafted pads. Another had the part of the cup unstitch, so it never sat right. Even having bought the lot on sale I’m extremely disappointed with what I got for the price.

Truly the BEST fitting bra for my AA body ever. After decades of bad fitting bras I can finally feel confident and good about myself. I also love the variety of fashion and colors, I never had so many choices before.

The only ads I actually don’t skip the video. Great product.

I provided a review and received a response from someone at Wear Pepper saying to message them and they would take care of my issues but it's been weeks and I have not heard from any one. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I share the same feedback as some of the other reviewers here. I never received my items and when I tried to reach out multiple times I was also ghosted. It was great when you buy the bras but when something goes wrong it’s impossible to access anyone for help. It seems like they have so much to work on to gain customer trust and just general customer service post purchase. The experience has really put me off buying from them again.

I purchased two bras from Pepper, with high expectations. They arrived quickly, but neither one fit. When I tried to go online for my one time free exchange, Pepper’s system would only let me enter one item. I need to enter two so I can send both back for one exchange. Despite repeated requests to have a human correspond with me, I have received no response. Apparently I’m now one of those who has been ghosted! I do not want to be stuck with two expensive bras that do not fit. This is terrible customer service!
