It is very hard for me to find bras that fit as I have a large band size but a very small cup size so I had a lot of hope for Pepper. The quality is low for the price they charge. The fabric is thin and the padding is too. For the styles with wires, I am scared they are going to puncture the fabric after one wash. The fit is generally okay, I do have no cup gaps but for the lift up styles, there is no lift at all. It just feels like a standard amount of padding for a regular bra. They do have a return policy for customers in Canada, but good luck trying to reach customer service if there's anything you'd like to return. They also are not upfront about what bras are final sale, and you will only find out when you try to return one. I had only bought one final sale item (that I was made aware of before checkout), but when I tried to return something, it turns out I had 3 final sale items which weren't reflected before I purchased, or in my order confirmation. Wish there was more transparency about that or at least I wish their customer service was better. I will not be ordering again.

The brand pepper is a good concept, however the brand advertises that there is no gap like other bras but there is, it takes 3 weeks from usa to canada and there is no returns. The brand also advertised that it is for small boobs BUT I could not get a lift up from my lift up bra at all or even a tiny bit. This is just like regular bras but heavily overpriced. I get the concept I really do but do not have a product directed towards people with small boobs and not make it work.

Great products for a solid price.
The products at Pepper are all really well designed, their measurement system is really clear and I've found their products fit true to size. Their refund policy is also clear and accessible, so you don't have to worry about trying different sizes and styles. I've found that skin-tone colors sometimes vary from the way they're depicted on the website, but again, their return policy totally accommodates that. I've had some of their stuff for... 6 years? 7? and they've only started falling apart in the past year after being used multiple times a week for 5-6 straight years.

Pepper is one of my favorite companies. As a small breasted woman I have struggled to find attractive well fitting bras. As a nearly 60 year old fit a fabulous woman, I feel better about my body since I started filling my drawers with Pepper under garments. They are fun, flirty, fit well and they are comfortable.

I have recently tried some of Pepper's bras, and they are great! All of the bras as pretty comfy, but the clasp is a little bit scratchy. All the bras seem to be very well made, and they are so pretty. They are quite expensive, but it is worth it to get a couple

The Supima cotton bra is a bra that only existed in dreams for me. What a good quality bra company. I hope the make a supine t shirt bra in the future then I will shop no where else!

Absolute nightmare with returns. They received the returns within a handful of days after I received it. I was not notified. There was a return. They never issued me a refund. I emailed them and was met with some AI agent who told me it could take 30 days to process. It’s been two months right now and I’ve never received my money back.

Previously bought Zero G Wirefree bras in Oct 2024 and they fit perfectly, however, the same size and style i got this time are wider (cover more on the upper side of bra), which is uncomfortable. The straps are also different (flatter & wider & more irritating on the skin).

When contacting them providing such feedback, they were NOT helpful at all, stating that there has been no change to any of these, but i have both at home to compare and it tells a different story.

Not going to purchase from them again when they would change the sizing & straps (comfort level) without notice.

Customer service is next to nothing. I had the same mistake re size and contacted them immediately, their service intends to breach consumer regulations in the UK and EU which makes it mandatory to offer returns within 14 days for all online sales. They are an illegitimate company here. And they don’t even recognise it, I plan on reporting them to the relevant bodies because they have been extremely unhelpful

I ordered a bra but accidentally in the wrong size, but I realized the moment I placed the ordered it and attempted to cancel it through my order history. I even went through their FAQ and tried to cancel it that way. But every time I went through the cancellation process I didn't get an email about it. I figured if I tried multiple times it would work, but suddenly the item got shipped. So now I can't get my money back and only can is when the package arrives I have to then return the item. Don't buy from here, they have a website that doesn't even work.

I am a regular customer of Pepper as I just can't get bras to fit in the UK. It was a risk ordering from the US but as the website was clear about the return policy this gave me confidence. The postage is quick too. In the end I didn't need to return and I now have a collection of bras that I love! Customer service is great too, really helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

I received a bra that was worn, no tags, and much larger than what I ordered. I could not get in touch with anyone through customer service so I shipped the bra back myself through UPS, and paid shipping. It’s been over six weeks I’ve made numerous attempts to contact. I’ve been ignored. I still haven’t received a refund And I would warn anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

Love this bra! It fits great with zero gaps. Not only am I smaller chested but I also have asymmetrical breast due to scoliosis. Definitely purchasing all my bras from here in the future.
