The bras worked ok on my small chest and I’m satisfied. I’m not sure if I like their bras more than other brands though, so I will still buy whatever brand that’s on sale going forward.

I purchased a bra after being targeted on instagram and I got convinced that this will be the bra im looking for. I paid AED 300 which includes AED 75 shipping fees and i made sure they have an easy return policy in case the bra didn’t suit me.
The bra arrives and it is the most normal bra ever seen, NOTHING special at all, therefore I decided to return it, i started the return process to realize it is not easy at all as they claim, they deduct AED 110 for handling fees!!!! What is handling fees??? And y 110 when they already charge 75 aed for delivery????
HUGE SCAM, everything including expectations which is huge then u realize it is nothing special, return policy is terrible, too expensive delivery fees, i really regret purchasing from them.

Ordered wire free push up and wire free scoop bra , first order got lost in transit , so the pepper squad sent order again arrived today and these are the most comfortable bras I’ve ever worn . I’ve just order 2 more , can’t get enough of pepper

I have bought 3 bras online and have been wearing them on and off for 2-3 times by now.
I do, have a feedback on the Lift Up Bra, which I bought two colors in both 34B Black and 34B Buff.
Interestingly, I'm very happy with the buff colored one, as it does a good job lifting and pushing up without the tight or pressing feelings. It's both functional and comfortable.
However, the black color is of a total story! It's so uncomfortable everytime I wear it. It's pushing down and flattening my chest instead of lifting the boobs up. It almost feels like I'm wearing a chest binder!
While I compare it to the buff colored one, I can see they are made in two different places, and I can even visibly see a shape or curvature difference on the cup between the two bras. I'm in the manufacturing industry and this seems to be a quality control discrepancies from two suppliers for the same product.
I contacted the customer service team and shared all my feedbacks with order information as well as pictures! And the response I got was it's a normal tear and wear! Excuse me, tear and wear after first use? They have so far not provided an satisfying answer beside providing a 10% off coupon code, which is a joke for a 65$ bra.
I'm quite disappointed at the moment.

I already have 5 pepper bras and a bikini. They are expensive but I do love the fit. My friend and I concluded that you pay for the fit, which you cannot really find in other stores. Quality could be better, but I keep ordering as they fit me perfectly.

My daughter is very slender and has a small band size, so these bras have been a god send for her as a 30A. She's loved all of them, as they do have proper fut and push up, and we've bought many for the past few years. I am a 32C/34B so I decided to try them too. The fit is also good for the 34B, but being a larger size, I'd recommend they widen the straps slightly for better comfort and support. They are just too narrow for me. Also, would be great if they had a more regularly available swimwear line, it's also a big problem for my girl to find bathing suits that work and Pepper's are often sold out. Finally like many others, I'd say even though the quality is good, it is far too expensive. We never buy unless there's a major sale!

I have never been able to find a comfortable bra for my A10 size. I had high hopes for these bras but I was thoroughly disappointing. The padding was barley existent and the straps too thin and uncomfortable. I posted them straight back for a refund.

Bras are great but every time I wash them I have to rebuild them. The pad inside gets all twisted up. Is there a secret to this? Happens if I was by hand or wash on gentle in a pillowcase.

Unbelievable fit and lift! This bra is comfy and somehow magically gives me cleavage I’ve never had before, with no gaps. So worth it!

The size chart doesn't meet the reality. Measures under boobs 75cm exactly, over boobs 83-84 cm. According to their size chart in cm, I fit in 34AA. I have received bra for much smaller boobs then i have. I can bin it now. So upset. For got sake, when you do something, do it properly. Also the look of the bra is very cheap, doesn't look like bra for £66.

THE BEST BRAS I HAVE EVER TRIED!! Being a A/AA cup, I have struggled my whole life to find a good flattering bra that’s cute. I literally only owned 1 bra (and 2 bralettes) because everything else was either too big or uncomfortable. The pepper bras have been the biggest revelation of 2025, so grateful for this brand! Thank you for cattering to us small boob girls!! ❤️

I used the Wear Pepper fit guide and placed my first order. The bra was a little too small - OK, I thought, maybe my measurements were off due to the ill fit I had used when measuring. So I placed a second order and corrected for the inch it seemed I was off... Second order didn't fit either although it was a size larger - In fact, it seemed to be even smaller then the first size - how is that possible? Contacted AI customer support to request a phone number so I could discuss the matter with a customer support staff - they don't have a customer support phone number, they only accept emails. Really? They expected to receive my phone number! They promised a discount if I gave them my email address - they got my email and I didn't get the discount. I am still trying to return the 2nd order for a refund - I am afraid I am not going to get a refund for my full order, although it states they will give ONE refund. (Not clear... One bra? One order?) I will not purchase anything else from wear pepper and I do not recommend this company due to it's inaccurate fit guide, poor customer service, and questionable return policies.

Ich war zunächst etwas skeptisch, nachdem ich hier die Rezensionen gelesen hatte – viele davon sind ja doch recht negativ, besonders in Bezug auf Qualität, Rücksendung und Kundenservice. Letztendlich habe ich mich aber, vor allem wegen des Sales, doch für eine Bestellung entschieden.

Der Versand nach Österreich hat genau 14 Tage gedauert, und ich bin wirklich super zufrieden! Ich habe drei BHs bestellt (Racerback, Signature Bra und den Wireless Lift Up Bra – letzterer ist jetzt schon mein absoluter Favorit!). Das Material ist extrem weich und wirkt auf mich hochwertig verarbeitet.

Klar, über die Preise lässt sich streiten, aber wenn die Produkte halten, was sie versprechen – und das tun sie bisher – finde ich sie absolut angemessen. Bei der Passform würde ich empfehlen, sich am Größenberater auf der Website zu orientieren. Das hat bei mir sehr gut gepasst.

Ich werde dort mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder bestellen – vermutlich wieder im Sale, das lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach am meisten.

If I could put negative 1 I would. I made an order to Pepper May 15th and it took 10 days to "arrive" which is reasonable I guess but when I went to check my mail which is locked only has key access there wasn't anything there or at my front door and I checked right away because I had been waiting for it. I gave it 24 hours to see if it would come up or if a neighbor got it in their box or something but nothing. I filled out a contact form in their website and followed up every day for 5 days and all I got was that someone would contact me. It has been 10 days and no one has contacted me. I have emailed them and even left comments on TikTok and nothing. It's starting to feel like a scamm and like I am not getting my money back or the damn bra that I needed for my wedding.

I visited their website for the first time and there was a pop-up that said “Enjoy 15% off your first order” followed by a place to enter my email address. I assumed that if I gave them my email I would get 15% off my first order (like most people probably would). I was interested and entered my email…

THEN it said “Enjoy 15% off your first order WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR TEXTS.”

SCUMMY. This company introduces itself to me with an act of deception. Probably shouldn’t trust them with anything. Goodbye.

Recently bought the new scoop underwire bikini top in capri. Absolutely love this style. It's super sexy, and gives great pushup cleavage. Pepper keeps coming up with great new styles and some great color choices. This blue is amazing.

I put in my order twice because the first time I clicked on "Buy now", it was not clear the order went through. When I went to Order History to cancel one of the orders, it would not let me. I tried it several times. When I emailed Customer Service, there was no response. An hour later when I clicked on 'Cancel' again, the website informed me that I missed the one-hour mark and my orders were processed.

Thinking of buying a bra from this company? Don’t. I’ve emailed them FOUR times and not one single response. Not even an automated reply. The customer service is non-existent.

After finally managing to get back on their website, I was shocked to see a £10 handling fee just to exchange / return an item. Are you serious?? Why should I pay extra when your team can’t even be bothered to reply to a single email?

Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of other brands out there that respect their customers and actually provide support. This is an absolute joke.

I ordered several bras in two different sizes as I wasn’t sure about the right size. The cups are really flat and make my boobs look flat at the bottom and just push them up and it looks horrible under clothing. Just another company that makes bad bras and tries to scam women with their marketing claiming they’re making bras for small chested women. The most annoying thing about it all is, that they charge 27€ for returns. That’s ridiculously overpriced. If I had know that in advance I’d never have ordered anything there! So stay away from it to save you the hassle and the money!
