Deliveries to the doorstep :)
Rumie knocked at my door at approximately 8:30 pm. This wasn't a problem. It's not too late, and it's a good time to catch potential customers. It also showed me that Rumie was promoting Watson's Pantry because she believes in them enough to work into the evening to spread the word to the public about the potential of a valuable service, much the same as the local milkman previously did, and Watson's Pantry brings back a similar service.
Rumie was an incredibly personable young woman with a strong sense of integrity and common sense, which shows through when she's discussing Watson's Pantry. I would recommend trying this service and seeing the benefits of milk doorstep deliveries.

Persistent.
I very clearly have a no cold calling sign on my door and when I pointed this out to the gentleman and explained I never buy anything from door to door cold callers, he told me he was not selling anything then tried to sell me something and despite telling him several times I was not interested he wanted to come back later that evening once I’d thought about it! Reading the reviews I’m glad I said no. Please respect the door signs, Watson’s.

They take money randomly. I will have to call my bank to block them. I have cancelled orders but they still take money out. Best avoiding them if you don’t want the stress

One stare is flattering
One stare is flattering. We had it only 6 weeks before the problem started. We had milk delivered that was unsealed and leaking all over the doorstep. Contacted customer services twice and was completely ignored and 2 weeks later we paused our delivery for holiday and had a confirmation only for only money to be take out and the delivery still came. Our final straw was an unopened yoghurt with 7 days of date left on it had huge fluffy black mould all over it.
Avoid at all costs, brilliant idea but awful products and even worse customer service

Started good, now just taking money out my account and barely getting any stock! £5.80 and I received 1 bottle of milk!! I can't even find the website anymore to cancel so I'll get it blocked by my bank instead!

Constantly taking money and only had one delivery.
This company is actually Milk & More so I'm assuming the original company wasn't doing so well and re named itself to continue to rip people off
Since my review you claim you have emailed yest I'm still to receive said email and you still continue to take money from my account and not deliver my goods. I will be reporting this fraudulent activity.

To clarify, Watsons and Milk & More are part of the same family-owned dairy business, Freshways, which has been supplying milk in the UK for over 30 years. While both brands use the same vans and milkmen for deliveries to minimize environmental impact, they operate as separate brands with different product ranges. Watsons caters to larger families looking for bigger pack sizes, while Milk & More focuses on everyday convenience with more frequent deliveries.

Prices are great, everything else, not so much
Prices are great. But not if you want specific item, or live on a a main road.
My order was delivered at some point this morning, but no knock, or a card through the door or anything.
Additionally, the Skimmed Milk I ordered was replaced with Whole Milk without notice. I can't drink whole milk due to dietary issues. Luckily I have family who will drink it.
