Wonderful young person in Milton Keynes area today (Bruce). He had a lot of knowledge about the products available. Very respectful and not pushy. Great credit to your brand. Just completing my new order now!

Helpful sales team and a big shout out to Ines Westwood who was really professional and went through the whole process with us. Haven't had our first order yet but the app looks really simple to use so look forward do our first order.

Had a few issues with my deliveries some times get the wrong items still waiting for my welcome pack

I really want to love Watsons Pantry because our first year with them was excellent. Sadly, something has gone wrong in the last 3 months. The overall performance has declined significantly. We are facing delivery inconsistencies nearly every week, and several items have arrived in damaged packs.
It feels like they are struggling with quality control or courier issues recently. I really hope management addresses this, as we’d love to get back to the reliable service we used to have.

Tried this company for milk delivery. Mondays delivery had everything except the milk. Wednesday delivery (today) yes you guessed it no milk or eggs today Avoid using this company. They have lost another customer now won’t be using them again

Great service - so nice to wake up to fresh eggs and milk on the doorstep.
Care is taken over delivery and they will place your items in a cool bag

Deliveries allways in the expected window

Really digusted at the service i recieved did not recieve my order of over 15 pound said left it at 7 in morning then 3 in the morning told me that i recieved it the 24th may when still only the 14th may asked for a refund still not recived it so please listen to this do not use them or you will be disapointed

Have no complaints whatsoever. The milk and eggs are always fresh, left exactly where I’ve asked them to be. Great service.

No milk delivered twice in a row, not even a substitute left, said would look into it, but never got back to me. Asked them to close my account, absolutely no response after two weeks. Never using them again

I had high hopes but upon first delivery they missed out my milk, which was the main thing I wanted to use their services for. The process to report it was a headache in itself, they refunded me but then offered to send a free sample so I could taste it. Sounded fair enough and I still want a milk (and other bits) subscription so was looking forward to them rectifying the mistake but on the day they just sent an email they were unable to send it. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. I will be going back to my local farm even though more expensive, I may actually get what I ordered.

Milk delivered early always there when I get up at 6.30. No issues with service or milk quality. No boaver either so all good for me. 👍

You can tell how good a company is when they act accordingly to rectify mistakes. The driver delivered my order to the wrong address, I highlighted the issue and the customer service team via messenger and email were on it and sorted the issue. I got my order albeit 2 days late and an apology voucher and email. So all good. After the initial teething problems Watsons Pantry came good hence the 4 stars.

So nice to have fresh milk delivered to our door, no more running out if milk at the last minute.

I’ve been using Watsons Pantry for about 3 months and I love having fresh milk and eggs delivered to my door. I never run out of milk any more! Good quality products too. Always arrives on the correct day and they even brought the delivery forward to Good Friday so I wouldn’t miss out on my Easter Monday delivery. Would highly recommend!
