Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. Assembly was as expected... I'm not especially skilled with mechanical things but had no trouble putting it together. Best of all, it provides a great workout and is American made with high quality parts and appearance.

Very smooth machine. Not bad to put together. Downsides?? The timer doesn’t work properly, it would be so much better if the handle was ROUND, and if you had a couple of inches between your feet instead of them being jammed into each other.

The WaterRow is a great addition to our household. We love the workout as well as the natural feel of rowing across the water. Love the look and feel of the natural wood as well. So far so good 😊

Easy to put together and when I had an issue it was easy to get help and readjust the machine.

Great product. Assembly instructions clear, easy to put together. Love the use of wood. I really appreciate that the machine is quiet, and enjoy the sound of the water.

this is my third water rower and the first one with multiple quality issues. great support to get them fixed yet a new product shouldn't have to be fixed by the buyer.

Shipping was quick. Directions for assembly were ok for me but could have been more clear for a non handy kinda person.
Suggesting a white glove service for people that are less handy would be a good.
Product is built really well and love it so far.

The order process was straightforward and swift. Delivery was prompt and courteous. But the best part is the device itself. It's beautiful, solid, and elegant. I love the way the seat glides on the rails, love the solid construction and materials, and especially love the sound. This is the best home exercise machine I've ever owned.

The water rower is a great quality rowing machine. It came quickly and was easy to assemble. I’ve enjoyed using it.

The equipment is good, if expensive, especially if you wish to integrate it into a living space in your home. Well designed both as gym equipment and visually, a real win in these post-covid times.

The company does let you down on service, though. I purchased a Slim Beam which, after shipping, cost just under 3k. Early on I realized that 8 required set screws were missing. I called Nohrd US and explained the problem; they said they would get back to me soon. 2 days later they haven't.

[UPDATE: weeks later and no one ever returned my call and email. So no stars on service. Not sure how you can run a business with literally no customer service!]

I was able, after a couple of trips to the hardware store, to find replacements for the missing screws, but the company's complete failure to respond to my call requesting help with the partially assembled equipment is concerning.

4. The Rower - I've used a magnetic rower for a number of years and find the WaterRower to be much more effective in helping me increase intensity through minor positioning adjustments as well as a decent size monitor that can be read easily and provides all the detail I need.
5. WaterRower TV - wish I could get it on my 65" Roku TV but on my iPAD I get a wide range of work outs while going down a river. Which, when added to music really improves my workout. There are also workouts for swimming, running, and biking on this app.
6. Thoughtful staff - I ordered something I didn't need and they reached out to confirm and explain. Saved over $100 right there.

Bought the Ergatta add on kit and subscribed to the service. The usp for me was the gamification aspect of the Ergatta service, specifically the opportunity to have real time live races online with other users.

However post-purchase I’ve discovered that the live races only happen in EDT timezone. This is middle of the night in the uk, so of no use to anyone in the uk.

The rower itself is great, but on the basis that I feel I’ve been mis-sold the Ergatta kit and subscription service, I have no option but to mark it down.

Firstly, if it was possible to leave a review minus any stars then I would.

The Waterrower purchased from this company some years ago began to leak. It took months to obtain a quote on what was needed to repair the item. The Cost: cost to return faulty parts £95.00, cost of repair over £220.00, cost of return £60.00. Total repair costs £375.00.

I've had to chaise the company regarding the return of the repaired parts (four weeks) . Informed on Monday items would be dispatched Tuesday - however, Waterrower only sent payment request Thursday, three days after promised shipment date and obviously the company will not shipped until paid.

Customer service is the worst I have come across in a long time - also get the feeling that as a company they're really not interested.

Wir haben bei einem Händler ein NohrdBike Pro mit Tablet gekauft und es gibt Fragen zu der Handhabung der aufgespielten Programme. Weiterhin haben wir einen Brustgurt für die Pulsmessung bestellt, der konnte aber nicht angemeldet werden. Da das Unternahmen aber auf E-Mail nicht reagiert können wir nur einen Stern vergeben. Gerät ist optisch ein Hingucker aber der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch.

Wir können dieses Unternehmen nicht empfehlen.
