WaterRower Arvostelua 

I own a WaterRower which I have had for about 15 years and recently noticed that the
Push Button Adjust Footpad Coverplate had a split in it and needed replacing. I ordered a new coverplate which arrived promptly and the price was reasonable. However, when removing the old one I found that one of the four screws which hold it in place had sheared just below the surface of the footboard (possibly because of extra strain caused by the split in the coverplate). The people at WaterRower were extremely polite and helpful in advising how to remove the footboard which I then took to their site in High Wycombe where they removed the sheared screw and fitted/refitted all of the foot pieces onto the footboard at no charge. Very luckily for me I live near to their site and collected the footboard a few days later. I was very pleased with the work done and my WaterRower was then very soon back in action. I think it is an excellent piece of equipment and have always been very pleased with it and how good it looks. When at their site I noticed that there is a showroom with a lot of their other exercise equipment on display which all looks really good and could be said to be built for the living room and possibly better looking and better quality than much of the furniture many of us have in our houses.

Das Gerät ist auf keinen Fall den Preis wert! Für wesentlich weniger bekommt man bei anderen Herstellern wesentlich mehr. Das fängt beim Bedientableau mit Display aus den 90ern an und geht bei den extrem billigen, unbequemen und nicht richtig funktionierenden Plastik-Fussschlaufen weiter. Das Holz, aus dem die Laufschienen und auch die Tankhalterung meines Waterrowers gefertigt waren, war anscheinend viel zu frisch verarbeitet worden und verzog sich schon nach wenigen Wochen. Die Laufschienen wurden umgetauscht - was für mich viel Arbeit und Trainingsausfall mit sich brachte - nur um erneut sich verziehende Schienen zu liefern! Nach dem zweiten Austausch funktionierte der Rower dann endlich. Dafür wurde nach 1,5 Jahren der Tank undicht. Um nicht wieder ewig auf Reparatur oder Austausch zu warten, bestellte ich den nur bei Waterrower erhältlichen Dichtkleber um den Tank selbst neu abzudichten. Das Geld wurde sofort eingezogen, der Kleber konnte aber 8 Monate lang nicht geliefert werden (ohne Infos, ich musste selbst ständig nachfragen). Letztlich bekam ich das Geld zurück, nun versuche ich den Tank doch als Reklamation einzuschicken.
Beschämend für einen "Marktführer" mit solch hohen Preisen!!

My WaterRower is 15 plus years old and the tank started leaking,I went on line to WaterRower.com and purchased a tank glue kit with the help a WaterRower associate who was very kind and helpful.Once I received it I followed instructions, but had a little trouble with glue tube leaking, the kits are expensive. I called back to WaterRower and got another kind and helpful associate who listened to my concerns and sent another kit out at no charge, I received it and successfully glued the tank together and I am back using my WaterRower. In the world we live in today customer service is not always the best,
However your company has shown professionalism, and the customer is important. Your product is 1st class and is built to last and your customer service is going to keep you in business for a long time.

USD $100 for a small tube of tank glue is usurious! Furthermore, WaterRower will not disclose their glues composition. Selling a product prone to failure then charging $100 for a simple fix, unconscionable.

I purchased a new tank and there are no tutorials or instructions. It is more complicated than I anticipated. Started unscrewing parts but it’s impossible.
Even searching YouTube was worthless.

I emailed to ask why a wheel under my seat had broken and the seat had fallen off while it was stowed upright. The rep was knowledgeable and suggested I buy a new set of guide wheels and sent me a video link for installing them. He did not answer a couple of questions though -- whether I needed to replace all the wheels or just the one, and do I need to buy the appropriate allen wrench. I answered these for myself. The guy was polite and his response timely.

Water rower is a great product with great support. I broke several parts and ordered them one day and recieved them three days later.....superior service, fair prices and quick service. Thank You

Wonderful rowing machine and a the woodwork is beautiful as well. Customer support is also excellent.

My WaterRower was squeaking offensively and the S4 monitor malfunctioning after about 10 minutes of rowing. The service desk at WaterRower was patient in the back and forth helping me diagnose the problem. They prescribed the correct parts (sensor and sensor disk) and gave me links to be able to order them. Everything went as flawlessly as you could want and my WaterRower is perforning without any glitches. Now the only issue is my performance as a rower!!

Questions were answered and order was delivered earlier than expected.
