WaterRower Arvostelua

The rower arrived quickly, well-packed, easy to assemble, and fun to use.

The process required to fill the tank ruins the elegant design of the rower and makes a mess. Using the siphon pump resulted in nearly a quart of water all over the rower and the floor because the hose was too short, the fill port too small, and inconveniently positioned.

A simple funnel or moving the fill port over a few inches, increasing the size, and using a screw-on lid like a Nalgene bottle would greatly simplify filling and emptying the tank.

I love this machine. Took time researching what I was looking for, and this was the best choice.

Rower came when expected, assembly instructions were clear, and rower itself is exactly what I wanted: smooth action, enough tech to help me work out without being more than I need, water wheel makes me feel like I'm on a river not just working out, and the whole thing is attractive looking, so that I can keep it in my bedroom where I'll actually use it, not bury it in the basement.

Terrific low impact, low cardio, but full body workout! The chair feels a bit hard to sit on as you approach an hour on the rower, but the overall feeling is very natural as you might expect. If you close your eyes, you could easily imagine yourself in a boat out on the open water. Adding the rower to my workout routine allows me to work off stress while giving my knees a rest on the days I'm otherwise not running.

Fast-delivery, ease to set-up and great experience

Did lots of research prior to purchasing a water rower. Well made product, easy to assemble and simple to move out of the way for storage when not in use. Like the basic computer, rather than paying some crazy monthly fee for a workout program. Able to find many workouts on YouTube.

Great Product at a fair price

I got the Oak Water Rower, and it wasn't that hard to put together at all. My only mistake was overfilling the water so when I put it upright for storage it started to leak. (This isn't a problem with the correct amount of water - but the instructions about filling it could have a better warning. There's a sticker on the side for the max level, which is about 1/2 filled).

It looks great even when you're not using it. Its relatively quiet, so I can watch a program while exercising. The computer shuts itself off after a few minutes of inactivity, but it seems like pressing the power button to turn it off just clears it rather than turning it off.

Great product. Came quickly and easy to assemble.

From the beginning during the purchasing process to completion of setup and first workout, every step was hassle free and simple to complete. Customized my rower and it fits everything I needed.

Simple, easy, straightforward. A company that builds a great product, sells a great product and stands behind a great product. Ships quickly. Love it.

Quickly addressed and solved my issue. Great customer service!

All I can say is what fantastic craftsmanship. If you're the type of person always complaining that everything is made like crap today and want to buy American made well then .... Here's your chance. This rower is not only built like a tank but it's easy to assemble. I'm new to rowing and what a great way to have a near full body work out. You can't beat this rower for the price and so glad to by made in America.

Extremely happy with the buying, shipping and customer service experience. The Rowing machine is amazing.

The website was good and the item arrived promptly. What I appreciated most was that the instructions were clearly written and illustrated and all the parts and bits and pieces were in the box and went together very smoothly. The machine itself seems very well built and works well.

I bought my first WaterRower in 1992 and used it for 30 years until the tank began leaking. After a number of unsuccessful attempts to repair the leak, including using the factory repair kit, I bought and installed a new tank. Over the next two years and many efforts, I was unable to reassemble the rower because one small element on the frame wouldn't join. After trying to fix it for months while watching my fitness level steadily decline, I bought a new rower a few weeks ago and suffice to say I'm very pleased with the design and quality of the new unit. The only decline in overall quality that I've noticed is that while the exposed wooden edges on my old machine were nicely rounded over, the edges on the new machine still have raw corners . It's a small thing though, and doesn't detract from the rower's overall excellent quality.

Quick replies, great product.
