Watch Center London 

We are from the wilds of Lincolnshire and were nervous of making this kind of largish transaction on the basis of photos on the website.
However, Rapheal from WatchCenter was totally honest about condition of the strap, which I had queried. I made an acceptable offer and I transferred the funds. At that point Rapheal said he would try and do something about a strap replacement.
The watch was duly dispatched and arrived the next day with a better strap. The watch is just what we wanted and in lovely condition, and the whole process was easy and painless, and they went the extra mile without being asked, which I found refreshing these days.
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I bought a JLC Reverso Grand 8 Day Power Reserve.
Firstly, my experience in dealing with Watch Center London was extremely positive. I spoke with Raphael, agreed a price and they did exactly what was promised, fast and efficient service. A pleasant experience all round.
Secondly, what a timepiece! I absolutely love the watch!

Had been looking for a special Jaeger L-C watch for some weeks, found the exact one I wanted at Watch Center London. We needed to transact all online, and phone, due to Coronavirus travel impact, but everything was superb - great communication and help from the Proprietor, with a promise that I might return the watch if I didn't like the look of it on my wrist. All good - I kept it, of course.

This was my first time purchasing a vintage watch so I had a lot of questions and used their help chat and the team was really helpful! The order arrived on time and was well packaged. The watch was a bit too big so I went into the location and they resized it for me. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Bought a Rolex Sub. that was claimed to have been serviced and working before it was sent to me. Turned out not to work properly and I had to take it for service where they replaced the rotor shaft. Since my complaint no reaction despit several messages. Would never buy a watch from them again.

I had a bad experience
Tried to sell them a watch and when I got there they noticed a scratched glass so they adjusted their price and completely over compensated the cost of repair and tried to buy my watch for a lot less
I know that’s business but sold the watch for a lot more than they said so wouldn’t recommend them

Bought a Rolex from Watchcentre and have to say the service was first class. Excellent condition and Ellie-Mae could not have been more helpful. Had a slight issue after i got the watch and again E-M was only to happy to help me with my request. Would happily go back and do business with Watch Centre again.
