This was My first time of dipping my…
This was My first time of dipping my toe into the higher end watch market, I knew the make and watch I wanted.
Then I found watch centre of London, they had the watch I wanted, a fantastic 0%12 month finance scheme with a realistic deposit!
Can’t be happier now I have this watch, not even wearing it...I can open that box of delights and get so much warmth
I would definitely be back next year for another Panerai

Very poor customer service.No tracking…
Very poor customer service.No tracking email or any other confirmation of postage of the watch.Bought the watch on the 20th and was told that will be dispatched and will arrive on 24th.Recontacted them on 24 and was told it had been delayed by Royal Mail and would receive the watch on 27th December.Rang them yesterday to ask for an update and requested Royal mail tracking number.After 8 days , I was told today that it has not been posted at all!

j'ai acheté mi décembre une Jaeger Lecoultre Lady mais qui était trop petite ( 19 mm) de diamètre. J'ai écris au vendeur que j’étais déçu par mon achat et celui ci m'a immédiatement proposé de la reprendre, a ses frais, et la remplacer par une montre unisexe de 24 mm pour 250 € de plus port inclus (un peu moins que le prix de base affiché). La nouvelle montre est splendide,état quasi neuf livrée en 48h via DHL, et en plus il m'a changé le bracelet en autruche brown d'origine Jaeger Lecoultre. Le vendeur parle français et est très pro. Un achat réussi , avec boitier et papier d’origine et paiement via chrono 24 pour la sécurité. Que du bonheur. Merci et Joyeux Noel.

Excellent service, went for a Planet Ocean 45.5mm, but sadly my wrist is a shade too small. Watch center London were extremely helpful when I asked to return it and even had a look around to find me a smaller replacement! Above and beyond service. Couldn't fault them.
