Ordered a hoodie which arrived 5 days later than the promised delivery date. When I contacted WATC about a refund on the shipping fee given the delay, they declined and passed the blame to FedEx.

I then enquired about exchanging for a different size and was met with a copy-paste response telling me I’d need to cover both return and new order shipping costs — which would’ve come to around €30, making an exchange completely unrealistic.

The hoodie itself is good quality, hence the 2 stars rather than 1. But the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout, and there’s no accountability when things go wrong. Won’t be ordering again.

I’m absolutely impressed with WATC Studio. The cuts are modern, precise, and the fit is excellent — you can immediately tell that a lot of attention goes into quality.

What really stood out to me was the customer service: communication via email was incredibly fast, friendly, and efficient. Questions were handled directly without any unnecessary back and forth — exactly how it should be.

Unprofessional, I ordered a grey boxy hoodie and two pair of baggy pants in black and grey. I received them and they were too small. I send them back and they couldnt accept my order because they said that “The courier couldnt find the address”, even though i send the package to the email the gave me. Dont buy from these brand. Spend over 50 euros on shipping alone

When we were in a situation that needed an order to be shipped within a tight timeframe, they went above and beyond to provide a timely response and shipping fullfillment which was unexpected and kept the stress off our shoulders. Watc studio is a manufacturer we would love to be with as a long term business to business partnership for many reasons.

Edit: check the comments on all social media. I’m not the only one with issues with these people. No lies there. Expect the fact that these people don’t run an honest business. I removed my comments, since that was the only way they agreed to pay us back.
This company was a nightmare to deal with. Somehow they got my last review removed.
My partner had ordered something for me. I had ordered the same thing (not knowing she had bought it the same week) I got mine and was underwhelmed by the quality, cut and specifically the colour, didn’t look a thing like the photos. But I didn’t care much and just thought I would wear it to take out the trash. Next, I tried on the gift from my partner. Horrible, worst than the first. The zipper was so poorly stitched that the seams didn’t align. Making it look even cheaper than my first hoodie. We asked to return it. Mind you, at our cost for the shipping. When they received it, they said it had clearly been worn. Sending a photo of some strings that supposedly came from the pocket. Never happened. I wouldn’t be caught seen in that thing. Anyways. Insisted on the refund, I had to literally comment repeatedly on their instagram account. They eventually gave in. Don’t let them refuse to refund you, get your money back! They really should learn from this, it’s not worth arguing, wasting staff resources, it’ll cost you more in the end. Oh and when they finally accepted to refund me, it was under condition I would remove my comments from instagram. I wonder how many reviews they buy like this?

This is truly the best supplier for my clothing brand i order from them more then 10 TIMES is always on time the quality is the best my customers love it and the team is on point very quick reply they always take time to listen to what the customers want/ need i recommend them 100%!

The Clothes are great and especially for the price. The Customer Service is kind. The only thing is the shipping which took a while in my case, i am although really happy with the product.

I hate shopping online since i barley find things that fit right but when i truly say these are the best fitting clothes, they really are.

I got a boxy hoodie which is the best fitting hoodie i have worn. i got a boxy long sleeve which is the best fitting long T i have worn, & i got a couple of the the boxy/ oversized tees in different colours which are awesome.

The fit is great because i've noticed most t-shirts today don't sit just below your waistline and kinda hang down making t-shirts look like dresses and not supporting your frame.

So just know, and this feels cliche, but my only regret was not buying more (which i am doing now)

Also when we decide to get new merch for my company, i'll likely want to get it done here
