One of the worst companies I’ve ever used. Ordered a skip to arrive on Wednesday morning failed to deliver promised to deliver Thursday failed to deliver. I’m waiting to see what happens on Friday they’ve promised to deliver before 10 absolutely appalling. I’ve had to pay builders to do nothing because they’re waiting on a skip.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry for the frustration and disruption this caused.
Unfortunately, your delivery was impacted by unpredictable operational circumstances that were outside of our immediate control. We completely understand how this affected your project, especially with builders waiting on-site, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and additional stress this created.
We’re pleased to confirm that your skip has now been delivered, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue. Situations like this are not reflective of the level of service we aim to provide.
If there is anything further we can do to support you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly.💙
Extra charges you don’t get with other companies.
While the service was quick, I couldn’t believe that we were charged extra for keeping the skip a few more days. And then they left it on our drive for several days! I will never use them again - back to a local firm that just pick up without an extra charge once you’re done.

Hi, thank you for ordering through Waste Online. I apoligies you were unhappy with addiitonal charges, this is why booking upfront on the website only allows you to select upto 2 weeks hire as this is the hire time included in the charge💙

Positive experience (Bristol)
Called up to run through some concerns about access and had a very helpful chat and booked on the phone. Ordered it only a couple of days in advance and the skip arrived on time. It was also removed on the day requested, which I know isn’t always the case with skip hire. The driver didn’t have the easiest time with the limited turning circle, but he did a great job. Would definitely use again.

Waasteonline.uk is worth the name
Waasteonline.uk is worth the name, it is waste company and dumbest of all. They haven't booked my delivery because they wanted to know if the skip is going on driveway which was clearly mentioned in the mick george form when I ordered, and they didn't even bother to call and let me know. One of the stupid companies ever to deal with. Waste of time and money.

We’re sorry to hear that you found this unsatisfactory.💙

I gave this company five stars because the skip came on the day requested and left within the specified days. The staff took care landing it and retrieving it. The staff were courteous. I thought it was quite costly, but then I have not ordered a skip before and so was not aware of the market. I would use them again because they were cheaper than others quoted.
