Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and that we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion, this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
I’ve looked into your order and can see that yesterday marked the 5th working day for collection, which we do advise at the point of booking may be required. That said, we understand how important timely collection is and apologise for the delay.
I’ve escalated this as a priority, and your skip is now scheduled to be removed by the end of the day tomorrow.
If there is anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at contactus@wasteonline.uk. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. 💙

Great service with skip order
We ordered a skip from this company and the service was flawless; we weren’t sure on things such as permits and the people we spoke to on the phone were super helpful and walked us through everything so it was all clear. Everything was delivered and collected on time and I was updated with texts and emails along the way. Would recommend and would use them again!
