Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - having looked into this I can see that unfortunatly the skip was initially dropped at a neighbouring property but this was rectified ASAP and moved to the correct address & your hire extended free of charge.
I can also see you have since placed an additional order for another skip where there has been no issues reported. Please let us know if there is anything we can do by contacting: contactus@wasteonline.uk 💙

Quick, efficient and respectful
Let's start from communication: If you are looking for a company that knows what after sales it's means, this is the right ones! Prompt and clear answers if you have any doubt on what you can throw in the skip and what not.
Delivery and collection: My dogs are very attentive and any noise they are getting in alert. The delivery day no one realised that the skip was ready at the door, quickly and very respectful.
Price: average price, but with a great customer service.
