Delivered and collected as advised
Delivered and collected as advised. No fuss and bother - one minute it was there and 2 weeks later it was gone!
I’d roughly placed some wood blocks to stand it off my driveway and the delivery driver placed them perfectly and put the skip bang onto them and leaving enough room for my car at the side and the garage door to open.
Brilliant service!

Vastaus yritykseltä WasteOnline
Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for your feedback.
I’m very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. As we operate nationwide, the availability & stock of skip sizes can vary depending on the supplier in each area, and unfortunately this cant always be reflected in real time on the website.
That said, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. I can see our team contacted you within an hour of your booking to explain the issue, and your refund was processed immediately.
We’re glad to hear that the team member you spoke to was polite, and we’ll be sure to pass that feedback on. Your comments about the website have been noted and will be shared internally as we’re always looking to improve the experience for our customers.💙
