Wie bei vielen anderen auch, gab es bei meinem Paket zwei Zustellversuche, die wegen angeblich falscher Adresse nicht geklappt haben. Nun liegt mein Paket bei einem "lokalen Depot" ohne Angabe bei welchem. Ich wohne in Berlin Mitte und hier gibt es eine Menge lokaler Paketdienste. Leider kann ich Wanbang nicht kontaktieren. Llevo desde el 20/12/2025 que hice un pedido con nº seguimiento: WNBAA0416944607YQ la ultima novedad de seguimiento es del 27/12/2025 que dice recepcion provisional. Esta empresa en su pagina web dice que sus envios tardan de 5 a 7 dias en entregar en Europa. No se nada de mi pedido aun. Si contestan denme una solucion al respecto.

WNBAA0418389547YQ Has been stuck on Custom Clearance Completed since the 2nd of January and no other update visible. I received no response from wanbexpress when sending in the question to them either. No response from the shop website that I purchased from yet either.
All my other parcels that cleared customs from other delivery companies are already tracking my local transport, why is this one still stuck with old information and no update?
I’m expecting this delivery before I travel next week, it’s why I ordered in December.

Informazioni non aggiornate, servizio clienti irraggiungibile
Tracking WNBAA0419091906YQ. L’ultimo aggiornamento è datato 31 dicembre , risulta che “ Il pacco è pronto per la consegna al distributore”, ma non è mai arrivato. Le mail inviate al servizio clienti agli indirizzi riportati sul sito risultano non consegnate. Che ne è del mio pacco?
Aggiornamento: il pacco è arrivato tramite Poste Italiane; a questo punto ipotizzo che manchi il passaggio, nel tracciamento, del cambio vettore. Suggerisco all’azienda di trovare una modalità per segnalare correttamente la cosa, altrimenti chi aspetta il pacchetto si allarma, in questo caso inutilmente.
Non posso comunque dare più di 2 stelle, perché i contatti con il servizio clienti sono stati impossibili.

Their tracking system is useless. My delivery date changed 3 times. It was a Christmas gift. I contacted the seller twice and they haven't the courtesy to respond. I contacted Amazon Customer Service to advise them that this company has a lot of negative comments, and maybe fraud needs to be looked at. Especially if packages are being redirected and not arriving.

Ordered Christmas present in plenty of time. Checked on tracker regularly and the supplier also did the same. The last two checks took place on the 24th and 25th December, with the package showing as out for delivery. Chased the supplier up again after Christmas and it is now showing that the delivery was made and signed for 23 December. Enquiries in the vicinity and with neighbours have drawn a blank. The supplier cannot provide me with a oroof of delivery. Shocking service

Le suivi indique un passage aujourd’hui 23/12 à 11h. Impossible, on était 5 et personne n’a rien entendu. Pas de trace d’appel téléphonique ou de SMS non plus. La commande remonte au 29/11. Après un mois d’attente ça se termine donc sur un avis de fausse livraison ?!
