drei Zustellversuche
Meine Sendung ist nach drei Zustellungsversuchen durch Hermes endlich angekommen. Es war etwas kompliziert, da WanBang Express dem Kunden nicht mitteilt, welches Unternehmen die Lieferung zum Kunden ausführt. GLS, Hermes, DPD, UPS, DHL? Als nach dem zweiten Zustellversuch auch noch im Verlauf stand, dass das Paket zurück zum Absender geht, weil die Adresse nicht gefunden wird, habe ich Wanbangexpress über Amazon kontaktiert. Erst durch Kontaktaufnahme habe ich erfahren, dass ich mich an Hermes wenden kann. Beim Telefonat mit Hermes habe ich einen dritten Zustellversuch erwirkt und mein Haus beschreiben müssen. Diese letzte Zustellung hat dann endlich funktioniert.

I received a delivery this evening of an order placed on Amazon UK. It was a 12" x 12" piece of acrylic used for photography.
The parcel was pushed through my letter box after it appears to have been deliberately snapped in half to get through the letterbox. I cannot believe this blatant act, its disgusting. The driver did not knock my door or ring my bell. Rubbish service!
