Ordered a dress which could only be worn at Christmas. They stated that it would arrive before Christmas. I was given a date for delivery on 15th December which was then changed to 18th December. They now state that the delivery date is currently unavailable. To be fair, they didn't say which Christmas it would arrive by. I have now received a refund from Amazon.

Gestern stand es noch das es angeblich in Belgien wäre, und heute habe ich gelesen es wäre zugestellt um 10:42 morgens?.
Es hat keine geklingelt, keiner hat ein Paket angenommen und oder etwas unterschrieben bei Annahme. Das Paket kam mehr als 1 woche zu spät und ich bin sehr verärgert. Ich werde nie wieder über wanbeexpress bestellen. so etwas unzuverlässiges habe ich noch nie erlebt !!!!!!

In data 04/12/2025 ho fatto un ordine : Numero della spedizione: WNBYB1313457496YQ e mi è stato spedito in data 09/12/2025 con Wanbexpress. Aggiornamenti di dove si trova il pacco non ne ricevo. Contatto il venditore e non riesco ad avere informazioni utili per risalire dove si trova. Contatto Amazon e parlo con un operatore del Servizio Clienti stanno monitorando lo svolgersi della cosa e contattano lo stesso venditore. Nel frattempo vado nel sito " pagina di tracciamento Wanbexpress" e anche qui inserendo il numero di spedizione ho ottenuto un nulla di fatto. Auspico che Wanbexpress organizzi meglio la sua politica di spedizione e di tracciamento....coerenti con quello affermato da Wanbepress (vedere dichiarazione in lingua inglese) tradotto: ..." fornisce trasporti rapidi ed efficienti per merci in tutto il mondo"..Sapete leggere? Trovate il tutto sipra descritto! Dimostrate la scarsa professionalità , correttezza e serietà...

The tracking information is not good at all. My delivery destination is Portugal and the tracking service says Italy. The order has the correct address on as Portugal but the tracker does not show an address. Last known whereabouts was with Post Italiane and they say its been delivered. No way of contacting them.

Scam? Keine Auskunft wo genau mein Paket ist
Ich habe mein Amazon-Paket getrackt und herausgefunden, dass es schon einen Zustellversuch gab. Da stand nun, dass mein Paket in einem Paketfach oder Paketshop abzuholen ist, aber nicht in welchem. Auf der Website sind keine Kontaktdaten zu finden. Sieht wohl so aus, als ob ich das Paket nicht bekommen werde wenn ich nicht weiß wo genau ich es abholen soll!
